A couple of months prior to the wedding, I emailed them with a rough guest count, as well as our preferred drink choices (beer, wine, and a signature cocktail) and asked them for a quote. Drew emailed me back quickly with an estimate of how much we would need and a price estimate. They provided the beer, wine, hard liquor for the signature cocktail, ice, mixers, and fruit for garnishing, all at a reasonable price. The best part? They delivered all of it to the venue the day of our wedding, and then they picked up and bought back all of the unopened bottles after the wedding. The level of service they provided was outstanding, the value for everything was great, and best of all, we were able to offer an open bar at our wedding for a whopping $11 per guest (not including the bartending service we hired to serve the bar). This is probably the first time in my 35 years of life that I've come across customer service so…read moreabhorrent, so absolutely disgusting and shameful that I can't help but laugh out loud as I think about it... the next day... while I'm with my family. I came in with a couple of my friends on a Thursday afternoon as we all had a day off from work and decided to spend a day at the beach. The moment we came in it was pure vitriol from the lady behind the counter. I asked her if it was ok to take alcohol to the beach (as it is different in every state and I am not from here) and before I could finish my sentence she barked at me. As a matter of fact, I would've preferred if it had been a dog's bark as dogs are usually very kind animals, but no, this woman was so furious in her reply "why don't you look up Massachusetts laws and find out for yourself!" Whaaaaat? I replied and stated that I wasn't from here and was hoping she could just inform me but no no no, she was so blatantly triggered by either my question or me and my friends presence (Gay female, gay male, and black female) that saying she was 'short' with us would be a gross understatement. Not once did she bother to ask us if we needed help looking for something. Not once did she smile or offered any suggestions. Her display of repugnant hostility was made explicitly clear. As utterly shocked as we were, we really wanted to find something and realized there wasn't any other liquor store near by so we continued to check out the stock. Apparently this must've displeased her since she decided to chime in with her personal opinions when neither one of us asked for it. "You know, most people wait for the weekend to start drinking. Maybe you should follow the laws.." Me and my friends looked at eachother in shock. We should've walked away that second but my friends decided to be nice and purchase product from the store anyways. We were all so uncomfortable by this person and couldn't believe that such a discernibly angry person could be working at what appeared to be a very decent liquor store. I would give it a zero rating if I could.

While Wegmans is a supermarket packed with everything you ever wanted in a grocery store, this review is about ready to go food. Huge selection of prepared food as well as an upstairs cafe / food court which is spacious and clean. I really enjoyed the hot breakfast sandwiches and variety of local dairy and coffee, great for easy breakfast before heading out to the office or the airport. I enjoyed looking around the store, mostly to see and try what we don't have in my neck of the woods.

Omg Something is up with older lady Carol, a cashier I…read moreunfortunately have to deal with as a regular customer. She has alway been disagreeable but lately she's absolutely venomous. Lately I have witnessed her refusing to pull her mask up from around her neck, voicing loudly how ridiculous this Covid scare is, or wearing it down below her nose. She obviously doesn't agree with the safety protocols in place so I guess it's ok that she's putting us innocent customers in danger. So today she had a mask fully on, none else was working the registers so I guess it gave her free reign to treat me like crap. She didn't address me when I approached to pay, no hello, nothing. Deadly glare was all I got. Maybe upset about the mask..asked for a bag, she looked at me like I was stabbing her..after payment, she stood silently, smoldering with anger, no thank you, nothing. I felt like I was doing something wrong being a patron of this store. I said thank you to her, and she said absolutely nothing back to me..so I tried one more thank you..and she screamed at me.."You're Welcome" with such disgust, I felt horrible,, not welcome at all. Really made me feel uncomfortable. Why is she treating paying customers with such abuse. She shouldn't be working with the customers when there's obviously something that's upsetting her so deeply. Everyone else there is professional and courteous. But I'm afraid Carol will be there when I go in, and I don't want to be treated with such disdain. I don't deserve that. No one does. I guess I'll shop elsewhere from now on.
