The suit pants a $200 pair came back damaged the lining was destroyed completely ripped out of one leg. The shirts came back damaged the collars were scortched and look like i ironed them at home. The buttons were pressed into the fabric and the fabric looked like it was melted to the form of the button. All of the shits were wrinkled in a weird pattern that wont come out of them. They destroyed over $500 in clothing. I cant say this loud enough they will destroy your clothing. I gave them one chance to get it right they failed I will never set foot in there building again.

My experience with this business…read more........ I took a delicate hand crocheted, pure wool afghan to them for dry cleaning. It was made several years ago by my, now deceased, mother. It had a two tone, off white border/outline, with bright purple, blue, and pink inlaid panels. It was slightly used and took on a bit of a soiled look......... but not bad at all. They reassured me several times that they could clean it safely and that "it was in good hands."......... their exact words. They told me they had a brand new machine that was made for this type of job. I stressed that it was hand made, somewhat older, and that it was going to be a gift for another relative, so it needed to be cleaned safely. Well, I picked it up on the designated day, and the way it was folded over the hanger, it looked fine. When I got it home, I unfolded it to find that the colors had run over most of the white areas, giving it a bluish gray color. The only area that remained with the original white colors was the area that was folded in such a way to be on top. Extremely disappointed, I returned to the establishment and informed them that I wasn't happy at all with the results, and that I had been assured that this sort of thing wouldn't happen. They cleaned it again. It turned out only marginally better. The one "end" portion was fine, but the rest of the white was still bluish gray. I was then told that it was old and dirty when I brought it in the first time. The implication was that the running of the colors was due to its age and that it was hand made.... not commercially made. I was also told, "That's as good as it's going to get!" As I turned to leave, I was sarcastically told to have a nice day!!! They went from exuding extreme confidence in their work, to being defensive and sarcastic, and blaming the afghan for how it turned out. I patronized this business because they reassured me that they could/would do a good job. However, if you have some delicate article with family value, or clothing of personal value that needs to be dry cleaned, I suggest that you find another establishment that would do a much better job.

I sent in a blazer for dry cleaning (it was never returned and lost); and somethings were handed back wrapped in bags that were not cleaned. I am not sure what happened. Hopefully, the problem is fixed because we really did like them.
