Susan ordered the mussels, one of her favorites, while I went with the Traditional Irish Stew and my daughter chose the Braised Beef & Guinness Stew. I finally understood why the Guinness stew had such a rich, dark color, and I have to admit, I came home a big fan of Irish stew.
