Ordered a car part more than month ago just to receive the wrong one. There were all sorts of excuses on why I did not receive the part. When that wrong part finally arrived, I called. He sounded pretty aggressive and did not allow me to finish what I wanted to say. His price is almost on par with what I could've found with local dealers in the town. I was going to purchase a computer for my truck and I was working on saving up money but every time something would happen. I had to fix my car or take care of my family because my dad was in the hospital. I felt bad because I did make him wait but when I finally saved up the money and I called to buy it he was extremely rude. I went to use my card but I wasn't of age and he got pissed at me. So I then get my boss to do it and now I'm being ignored. The experience was terrible and I don't recommend. If I get the respect as a consumer should that maybe I'll change my review. I'm now still stuck with a truck that can run because I don't have a computer. read more

Told him we will not sell to him and he freaks out on us. Very unprofessional. Look up his address it looks like he is a middle man selling parts out of his moms basement. WARNING DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WITH COMPANY. THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR MORE THAN OTHER SALVAGE YARDS AND NEVER SEND IT TO YOU. Do not do business with this company. They are the worst. I ordered a part from them more that 2 weeks again and them received a call from Marc asking me if I still need the the part that I ordered from them because they forgot to ship it. Fast forward another week and I still do not have the part after returning back from vacation. Surprise not packaged delivered. Call Marc twice and not answer, so I send him a long text telling I on the phone with my credit card company disputing my charges. Marc R then calls me back to inform me the part was damage and that they did not send it. Suspect?? Marc is a idiot and cannot run a business. Marc R proceed to tell me he is not the owner and would not be answering the phone on a Saturday. Marc R also tells me there are 2 other Marc's that work there. I could not keep up with the stories. Talk about RUDE. He was the kindest guy ever before the sale, but once he got the money he turned into a monster. He said it would take about a week to arrive, but after a week passed, I called him and asked him to call me back with a tracking number, he didn't reply so I emailed him asking him the same thing, no reply, then I left a message stating that I would be canceling my order if I didn't hear from him. He called me back right away. And immediately started screaming at me and basically calling me an idiot, he kept trying to talk over me, so I finally had to tell him to shut up since right now I'm his boss, since I'm paying for something from him. He still wouldn't calm down or shut up, so I told him that I was just going to cancel the charge and he can deal with it. He stopped yelling and I explained to him the tracking number that he has just given me wasn't working. He then made derogatory remarks, and told me I don't know how to work a computer. So, tomorrow, when he says the part is supposed to be delivered, I am going to open the package up before signing for it. If it's correct and in perfect shape then there won't be a problem, but if there's one thing wrong with it, I'll be sending it back and getting my money back. After doing some research on this company, they work out of a tiny garage, have no website, and use a cellphone as their only line of communication. It's just a matter of time before the cops catch up. Fingers crossed that my part comes tomorrow. Oh and PS, I guess there was someone else that was looking for where their part was a a was making Marc angry and he thought it was me! So I guess that's why he was going off on me so much. But if two people in one day are calling asking about their order, that shows a bit of a problem. read more

Two weeks ago I got an email from him about a part that I was looking for. He said that he had it and would have it sent out that following Monday. A week later I called to get a tracking number, he still hadn't pulled the part. Called back after the weekend and he was rude and stated that he would call when it was shipped. I called again telling I needed it ASAP and he said that he had cash customers first and that my part was not a priority. I was able to find that same part at a different shop so I called to cancel and he started screaming on the phone. Saying that the part was already pulled and shipped. I told him I doubted it and he again insisted that it had. I directed him to not charge my card and that I didn't need his service. He continued yelling over the phone so I again told him not to charge my card and that he would not be getting my business. So I hung up, he called and called. He is rude and not a good business man!!! read more

don't even bother contacting marc unless you want to be antagonized, manipulated and really frustrated. he said he had the part i needed and when i received it i couldn't plug it in, wrong connector's he insisted it was right but after a lengthy conversation he would send me out the right part and again wrong part and two weeks later i had to return and go somewhere else where they actually knew what i was talking about and wham i got what i needed but no thanks to marc. save your time and avoid this guy, not helpful at all and will say things like " forgot to take your medications " to you as you try to explain what you need. his people skills are pitiful to say the least. i hope this saves someone the aggravation that i have experienced! read more
