They also offered some great coupons, which saved me even more money. The service was very friendly and efficient. I visited the show room and learned about their "Set for Life" program, which includes free oil changes, free car washes, and more when you purchase a vehicle there. However today the white guy with plan hair was very aggressive and disrespectful because he was tell me of a new cost of $200 that was not disclosed to me when I brought my car in 5 days prior. When asked why it was not discussed he blamed it on the mechanic and then started to lie and became very aggressive. He also proceeded to jump up out of his seat making the situation even worst. After which he then went a head to tell me I don't have to take the service if I don't want it. He also had 3 days he could have called and I formed me of the additional cost that I would have been created with this morning. Once he got to the standing and voice increased I walked away because I work in a world where customer service is valued and appreciated. I come to this location bc it is about a 6 minutes drive from my house. For good customer service and application I will travel... The bank unwound the deal because the dealership could not provide them with a title. It took over 2 and a half months going back and forth with this dealership to try and get my money back. They did not want to give me any money back stating "who's gonna pay for the mileage I put on the car" I do not recommend this dealership to anyone!

My family and I do not have a lot of money. We saved for a long time to buy my stepson a cheap,…read morereliable first car and trusted what the owner of National Auto Exchange, Omade "Tommy" Akahanzadah, told us when he verbally said the vehicle was in "perfect condition." We paid about $5,000 out the door for a 2006 Scion tC, only to discover afterward that the vehicle had serious mechanical and structural problems. The Virginia State Police rejected vehicle certificate from the SAME DAY as the sale literally references "UNIBODY FRAME RUST DAMAGE" and even states "VEHICLE IS TOTALED." We were devastated. What hurts the most is that instead of trying to help resolve the situation, the response we received was basically that they deal with unhappy "as-is" customers "all the time," sell "350 cars a month," and have never lost lawsuits because of their paperwork. To make matters even more concerning, we were instructed to send payment through the owner's PERSONAL Cash App account instead of a normal dealership payment system. We trusted this dealership. We trusted the owner's word. Now we are stuck with a vehicle that appears unsafe, will not pass inspection, and may cost more to repair than it is worth. Please be extremely careful before purchasing from this dealership. Get an independent inspection BEFORE signing anything, no matter what you are told verbally.
