When the job was started I there was only 2 sheets of Sheetrock. After tearing into the the worst area a asked about the insulation, that was now on the floor of my kitchen. He said to put new insulation was another $250.00. were are now at $2039.00. the paint I purchased was not enough so he took down the paint codes. He ended up using my paint but it didn't match the rest of the room. For another $180.00 they painted the entire celling. Even with paint now on my wood trim I'm glad that it's over. Especially after 2 days.

There was a quick renovation project I needed done for the sale of my home. They installed seamless sheet rock and baseboards; beautifully installed bathroom cabinetry including the plumbing, granite countertop and mirrors; installed unruffled, smooth carpet; replaced and perfectly matched 30+ doors damaged from our family's pet; painted interior and exterior walls of our house to look pristine. Our timeline was aggressive, however Fernando and his crew worked long hours to meet our deadlines and commitment to the buyer. They even worked on the evening of December 23- which is absolutely above and beyond. I cannot say enough about their professionalism, commitment, and quality of work. Any time there was a problem, Fernando and his team were quick to let me know about it and the potential solutions. They even fixed problems that the initial builder of my home created. Everything that Fernando and his team touched looked like it had been there since the home was built. The quality was incredible. I will be forever grateful to them- they made our timeline and dreams come true. It is a pity that I'm moving from the Houston area because I finally found a contractor and team that I can trust. I was working inside and saw that a worker was waiting. He arrived approximately 7:30. Alfonzo did not arrive until much later, probably two and a half hours late. He told me he had some truck problem. That was not a problem. The problem was he did not call or text to let me know. He told me there would be plenty of time to build the form before the concrete arrived at 11:00. The concrete was delayed until 1:00. Then the concrete was delayed until the next day. I understand there is a construction supply supply problem, and the delayed concrete was not a problem. My waking up at 6:00 for a 7:00 arrival that did not happen was the problem. I also question if the form had been ready at 8:30 because they started workin on time, if I would have had my concrete on the specified day. Ultimately I am satisfied, but Alfonzo could have communicated with me better regarding the arrival.
