A year+ later, it all still looks perfect! Second, we had them put in a privacy fence on one side of our yard. They're extremely timely, clean up well after themselves, and very hard workers. Our most recent project they just finished for us was fixing the soffit, fascia, and drip edge on the front of our home that was rotted. All the work and paint was complete in just one day! And as much as I would like to give them a good review, them being our last contractor before we finally moved back in our house (after 20 long months of being displaced after Hurricane Beryl), it has been stressful cleaning up after the mess these guys have done to our home. And to this day, we're still finding paint splatters on floors, appliances, furnitures, doors; unpainted areas; uneven paint; it never ends. If you own a home, and you have things inside your home, don't hire these guys. They don't respect your property. Shoe prints on top of our table cover, it's so bad we had to throw it away. We had just installed wood floors on our stairs and there's a lot of scruff marks a thick dirt that we had to scrub it clean. They painted over nails. Paint was dumped on our toilets and sinks, and on our lawn. A simple search confirms that these are ILLEGAL. They tried to deny it but then later admitted to it when confronted. We brought up a lot of these issues shortly after they "finished" and they did come to try to correct many of it. And for that, I give them credit for. But I'm still finding paint splatters on several items, to this day, as we're working our way towards fully settling back in our home. ADDITIONALLY: before they came, we had our home thoroughly and professionally cleaned twice by another contractor specializing on air quality. And those cleaners have video proof of their work so we have evidence of the condition of our home (cleanliness-wise) before these painters roughed it it. I'm truly disappointed and I don't recommend this company to anyone at all.

Julio was responsive, professional, and offered very fair and competitive pricing compared to other painters around houston! Julio and his team did quality work when painting the interior of our home! We had the entire place painted, except for the primary bathroom! Julio was there to guide us through the process from start to finish and even educating us on the types of paints to use to help us make an informative decision based on our budget and goal! We ended up going with Sherwin Williams Greek Villa satin finish and flat color for the ceilings! PSA: make sure to verify and confirm that the painters do two coats of paint! Some paint companies will only do 1x coat of paint ! My one star deduction was that post-completion, there were paint splatters left on all the doorknobs of the house that we had to go back and clean up ourselves! But beautiful work and great pricing! I'd highly recommend Julio and his team for your next paint job!

We traded messages about what I was looking for and set up a time for him to come out and give me an estimate. The estimate seemed fair and, more importantly, Luis had done projects like this before. So I decided to move forward. In the meantime, I was getting new carpeting in the room and at the last minute I decided the room should get painted before the installation date. Luis was able to move somethings around to accommodate me. He also took great care of protecting my furniture and the new carpet from paint and dust. The end result of this project completely exceeded my expectations! I literally handed Luis a sketch I made on ChatGPT and he and Carlos executed it beautifully. They even left the inside edges uncaulked because I'm 50% sure I'll install wallpaper panels at some point. Throughout the project, Luis made it clear that he wanted me to be completely satisfied. There was a small issue that he could have easily covered up but he brought it to my attention and discussed how it should be fixed. There's the lazy way to do something and the right way - Luis and Carlos definitely did it the right way! One more thing I want to add is that Luis is an excellent communicator! BEWARE!!! I hired Dawns Designs to take down and rebuild a pergola and also to resurface stamped…read moreconcrete with cool decking on our patio and stairs leading to the lake. My General Contractor from Dawns Design was Yosef Zubiz or (Joseph). They have a set schedule for payments and literally the moment their subcontractor says they are done, they expect payment and are very high pressure about this, even before you get to inspect the work. The work was being done at our lake house (1 hour away) and we kept up with the immediate schedule until I went to the lake house, the day they said, the pergola was completed. When I started reviewing the workmanship it was evident that Joseph and his subcontractor had no clue about construction. The subcontractor was onsite and it was only him and his girlfriend was trying to help him. There were 6" 2x4's spliced in several places, because he miscut the piece that should have been used, no slope on the pergola that was going to have a roof installed, 2x4's were split from the screws he used, split and badly warped rafters (2x8's), flat paint used when it was requested to use Satin finish and so many more errors to list. It took 3 weeks for these errors to get completed because my General Contractor (Yosef) would not come up to the job to inspect the work! He relies completely on the subcontractor's word!! The subcontractors said each time they called him to inspect, Yosef told them it was too far from Katy to go to Conroe. My wife and I got stuck with a pergola, where each seam of the Carbonite roofing shows, because they built the pergola with 29" rafter centers when the roofing panels are 4' on center. NO planning on their part! I had Jacob, one of the Dawn Designs owners, come out to show him the workmanship, he acted appalled with the work that was done and promised corrective measures, but could not get any replies for any corrective measures. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN and have a hard time believing these good reviews are actual reviews from actual customers. BEWARE!!!
