She also had 2 young ladies helping her and they were as equally nice too. The facility was extremely clean! As you can see, you could literally eat off of her floors and this was at the end of a busy day that I took those particular pictures! Everything was extremely tidy! By the time I got there later in the day, a lot of her things were sold out! She said the line was out the door before she opened that morning and she started baking at 3AM!! She opens at 10AM. I ordered a chocolate chip cookie (delicious), blueberry muffin (the blueberries were large and not stingy), and pumpkin type cake (excellent). To summarize the entire experience was above and beyond what I had expected for this small scale town! This bakery is more of an upscale bakery you find in somewhere like Kansas City, Not Holton! .
