She also had 2 young ladies helping her and they were as equally nice too. The facility was extremely clean! By the time I got there later in the day, a lot of her things were sold out! She said the line was out the door before she opened that morning and she started baking at 3AM!! She opens at 10AM. I ordered a chocolate chip cookie (delicious), blueberry muffin (the blueberries were large and not stingy), and pumpkin type cake (excellent). To summarize the entire experience was above and beyond what I had expected for this small scale town! This bakery is more of an upscale bakery you find in somewhere like Kansas City, Not Holton! .
