Nursing & Intake staff treated me the worst I have experienced out of an emergency room. From…read moreannoucing to the staff in an indignant loud fashion (think teenager gossip mean girls) that I refused something and then another came in and acted aggressively by flipping up the bed a notch and yelling at me to stop it..that I didn't really have anything wrong with me.. I had reacted to the point of having anxiety attacks & going into shock I did not feel safe and then refused treatment until a charge nurse came in. I then spoke to my neice who also went there a few days later with a very painful foot injury. They told her they were taking care of other emergencies. She was treated very harshly as well. I had a broken back in 3 places but the harsh acting nurse did not know that at first. Nobody apologized. And only behaved appropriately after my mom came in to supervise their activities.

She is so sweet and kind and does a great job cutting my hair.
