I had reacted to the point of having anxiety attacks & going into shock I did not feel safe and then refused treatment until a charge nurse came in. I then spoke to my neice who also went there a few days later with a very painful foot injury. They told her they were taking care of other emergencies. She was treated very harshly as well. I had a broken back in 3 places but the harsh acting nurse did not know that at first. Nobody apologized. And only behaved appropriately after my mom came in to supervise their activities.
