I have been a client for many years. I have witnessed their growth and success. I have had many services and would recommend all that I have been a part of. Just today I had derma-planing/facial done by Hannah and she was great as was the service. I get a monthly deep tissue massage on my shoulders and neck due to medical reasons and they are A+. The first time I got a massage here it was great. My husband got me a gift card for my birthday so I try to schedule again. Scheduling here is a chore. the staff that who answer the phone are rude. They can never schedule me on the day I want for the services I want, and I've gotten hung up on. The chore it takes to schedule isn't worth the hassle. read more

I went in yesterday to have an eyelash lift and tint. Nicole was amazing, and she suggested not doing the tint since my eyelashes are already black! Which I appreciated greatly! I would definitely recommend her for eyelash lift, as I have had many and the one she did yesterday on me is one of the best I have had! read more

The spa itself is adorable. The front desk staff person was very professional. But if you are looking for a massage, Debbie is amazing! I have chronic pain from arthritis, stenosis and constant overuse of the muscles in my upper back and shoulder area. My goal for the deep tissue massage was relaxation and to hopefully be pain free that evening for my daughter's wedding. Debbie helped me achieve BOTH! Honestly, Debbie gave me more relief in 60 min. than was given to me by a 90 min. massage I had 10 days prior at a reputable salon in Columbus (where the massage therapist focused on my upper body only...Debbie also massaged my legs). She got all the knots out of my muscles, and trust me, that was no small feat! I HIGHLY recommend!! read more

She targeted thee areas I requested and applied the pressure I requested. The facility is clean and practicing physical distancing. I will return! read more

I have been to this spa several times for massages. My initial experience was fairly positive, although the reception staff always left something to be desired. Then the massage therapist I had received my first massage from left and every experience after that was poor. The reception was cold/unwelcoming every time. Making an appointment was always difficult and the scheduler never seemed to care. My last massage there was started 10+ minutes late (the therapist was over 5 minutes late coming to get me from the waiting room and she stopped at :50 on the dot, so the entire massage ended up being only ~40 minutes) and that is when I stopped going. This spa seems to think that just because they are the only spa in town they can treat the customers however they wish. After my last disappointing massage there I started driving up to Columbus to get massages. 45+ minutes in traffic and 10% more expensive, but the trip and extra expense are worth it because the quality and attitude are consistently so much better at the spa I now go to in Columbus. Having tried Brick Haven Spa out multiple times over the course of several years with disappointing results, I can honestly say I would recommend going elsewhere! read more

My husband bought a package for me for mother's day the receptionist told him everything was taken care of. Mani and Pedi was awesome. They have you fill out a form for your massage don't know why they never hit what hurt. Then went to leave found out not everything was taken care had to pay for my stuff. Then 3 months later Husband received an email for a woman with my same name stating I had an appointment the next day?? Of course I asked how my husbands email was under another woman's profile they couldn't give me a straight answer. Poorly ran I do not recommend them at all! Especially if you are worried about Identity theft! read more
