They have a kiosk to sign in and immediately the first office/staff gets you in 7 minutes or less. I have recently been a patient in the infusion department and they get you "checked in immediately". It was 5 minutes and I was taken back to a private section with nurse Sara. She was kind and explained about my procedure. I got "hooked up", got ice water, a snack and my favorite Soap on my tv. It was wonderful! I have 4 more visits and not hesitate to go. I also want to say, I have been going to Dr. Saha and previously Dr. Singh, and treated me with respect and clear about my medical condition. Dr. Saha is leaving now. That I wasn't expecting but 2 new doctors are coming in and I'm sure the quality of service will not change. I hear a few people complain about FMC on Ewing Street but I don't know why. Maybe if they would talk to someone or if they receive a survey they could express their concerns. But for me I receive excellent service. I am so happy that I found Dr. Basedow. He is beyond kind and truly takes his time to ensure his patient's satisfaction in their visit. He spent time answering each and every one of my questions, including those about different services offered at Azalea, more specifically, dermal fillers- which I definitely would go back to receive. Suddenly I am not a human with a brain, but a body with a condition and a textbook treatment. NG tube, no option. If anyone had listened to me about my sinus/nasal issues & condition, they would have known that an NG tube should have NEVER been an option...potential for further trauma, damage, & infection, but no one paid any attention. They had their own agenda. I cannot mentally/psychologically tolerate it. They had to sedate me to get it inserted. Cue an hour long panic attack when I came to (at shift change) Never saw anyone from new shift staff. Husband kept going to desk to discuss my reaction. Was told " oh, she'll get over it". Surgeon never showed, even after saying he "was on his way" Upstairs, cue another panic attack. Was informed that the tube could be in for weeks. Throat was swelling, nose was bleeding. Hell no. Nurse called the doctor. I had 2 options. Leave the tube in as long as he said to, or discharge. The only way I could handle the tube was if I was sedated. I was on the verge of removing it myself. I took the discharge. Kept getting different answers from different staff members, no follow-up, and minimal to no care. Never again.

All of a sudden since I have complained my visit summary has changed to try and justify the CPT code instead of just correcting it. Dishonest! I will never spend another dime here and I suggest you don't either.
