His office is very old school but then so is he. He takes the time to LISTEN to his patients. What has impressed me most about Dr. Becker is his memory. At first I thought he reviewed the charts prior to seeing his patients, but when I made an unexpected visit to his office and he was coming in from the outside, he asked me about my job and remembered everything I had told him. He even remembered how sick I was when I first went to his office! And his office staff, THE BEST! Barbara and Dorothy are so helpful and wonderful ladies and really go the extra mile for the patients. For whatever reason, Dr. Becker is now affiliated with Crystal Run. I have been trying to reach him directly and I know he returns phone calls... I'm still waiting. The office staff answering the phones do not provide the same type of customer-friendliness that I have been accustomed too. This one person, William should NOT be answering phones or taking messages. He doesn't listen very well. He is probably the reason why I haven't heard from Dr. Becker yet. Although I did call back and left another message and still no call. My appointment in the new office is scheduled for November 23rd. Let's see what happens. I really do hope this merger is positive but so far I can see that the friendly personal experience is a thing of the past.

They're extremely short with people and would rather talk among themselves than do their jobs. I have witnessed them being rude and yelling at other patients, as well as myself, on numerous occasions. If I didn't love Dr. Selter, I would have found a new allergist by now, just so I wouldn't have to deal with the front desk. If they replaced the receptionists, office assistants, office manager, etc. and replaced them with nicer people, I would change my review to 5 stars.

I had to cancel my appointment the day before after business hours. They had no problem…read morerescheduling the appointment which was for an evaluation. I called the next day to reschedule the evaluation and if needed to have a tooth pulled. Dr. Kaufman analyzed the issue and agreed that my two upper wisdom teeth both had to be pulled. I told him that when I rescheduled the appointment, I also scheduled for the extraction, he immediately went to work extracting the tooth. When he saw that there was some discomfort when he tried to inject Novocaine, he right away used some more topical anesthetic to make sure I was comfortable. Once I put my headphones on and had music playing, he went to work without bothering me until he was done. He made the whole experience one that I would not forget and when I need another appointment, I will not hesitate to call.

I called ahead to make sure the shop was open, and that I wouldn't be interrupting an appointment and was told by the owner Sienna to come down and she'd help me with the gift. The shop is beautiful from bottom to top. Lots of plants and you immediately feel welcome. Metaphysical practices, reiki, stones, readings, these are all interesting things to me but by no means something I have a knowledge of. Sienna was incredible accommodating and helpful putting together a perfect group of stones and crystals for my wife's friend and even throwing in some free incense and other items. All of this is great, but it was what happened at checking out that really made me want to write a review and hope it helps her business, especially since I don't really use yelp much anymore, I'd rather only write positive reviews for great experiences than anything else. At checkout I noticed a plant I used to have. Sort of a creeping vine leafed plant. My toddler poured a ton of juice in it and unfortunately it died. Without even saying anything else after identifying it for me which I have already unfortunately forgot, but I'll make a point to look it up through a photo later, she cut a clipping and gifted it to me in a small glass with water completely free of charge. This was a small gesture, but it meant a lot. The plant that I previously had that died was my mothers, who was killed 6 years ago now. So even though she was unaware of that, the gesture was very meaningful to me. If I ever need anything from this shop, I wouldn't hesitate to come back here, or refer a friend in need. An amazing place.
