Actually, the only really bad experience I've had with a cleaners. I had issues with just about every order of shirts. Whether it was snags on my shirts, spots I hadn't seen before, poorly pressed, you name it. They have the press way too hot and it makes the shirts as stiff as cardboard around your wrists. I really wanted it work with these guys so I was giving them the benefit of the doubt until they lost 2 of my shirts, including a brand new custom shirt. When I brought it up, the owner insisted he didn't have it. I noticed that mentality from the beginning. They are always quick to blame you instead of having the "customer is always right" mentality. I told him I would check my house but I was positive I didn't have those shirts. It took me SEVERAL weeks of stopping by and asking about them until they found them. NO apology from them or signs of remorse. This is my first Yelp review ever. Want to make sure you don't have this happen to you! ***Update*** So, three months later, I've switched to another cleaners and I've had no issues. I noticed that Rebecca M.'s experience from her review below was very similar to mine. I noticed that the owner responder to her review and mentioned he replaced the counter help. Well, I was dealing directly with the owner. After blaming me and insisting he didn't have my shirts, he found them after I went by several times and was not apologetic. He also apologized for the damage to my sports coat and fully compensated me for it allowing me to buy a new one to replace it. That is very much appreciated. It took some perseverance on my part but in the end, I was satisfied with the way they corrected the problem.

With my first experience, I went to a local dry cleaner by my old apartment and I had to wait a whole week for the service to be done. I also had to pay $13 upfront for said service. Thinking this is what to be expected when one gets dry cleaning, I decided I should get my dress cleaned 2 weeks prior to the wedding. So, my second experience was surprising for me. I walked in on my lunch hour yesterday, said I would like for my dress to be dry cleaned. They asked for my last name and my number and said it'll be ready to be picked up tomorrow after 5:00pm. Sure enough, when I stopped by a few minutes shy from 6:00pm, my dress was ready and perfectly pressed and cleaned. "But how much was the service?" You may be asking yourself. A whopping $5.40. I am most definitely going back to this place. I wish there were more reviews sharing the great customer service. If you've been wondering about this place, you've got a solid green light from me!

I am not a competitor, I am a disgruntled customer who has been scammed. The owner has made no attempt to contact me. I will gladly share my proof with anyone that wants to see it. If the owner wanted to make things right, he would reimburse me for at least the washes, even though I also have loss from ruined clothes. His arrogant response without even trying to resolve the issue, just proves to me he doesn't care that he is cheating people. So now he is gaslighting me! ORIGINAL I spent $85 on 11 loads and ended up with clothes with oil spots. Many pieces are ruined, and all the rest will have to be washed again somewhere else because they didn't get washed and came out smelling like a wet dog. The water would not fill the machines. The lady there said to add water with a bucket she had at the sink. We added about 10 buckets per load, but there still was no water in the machines. There were no suds, and she told me to add detergent. I added 4 times the recommended amount and still had no suds because there was no water. The lady said she had notified the owner that the hot water wasn't working and the cold water wasn't filling the machines, but nothing had been done about it. There weren't many racks to get your clothes out of the dryers. While we were folding clothes, we saw several women having the same problems with the machines and adding water with a bucket. The poor lady had nothing she could do but listen to everyone complain. I will never go there again, it was money thrown away.
