I called them on Easter weekend and they were about to close shop early for the holiday weekend but I caught them right before closing and they agreed to stay open just long enough for me to get there and drop off the jeans. All other places you pay half, then the other half once your clothes come in and fit well which gives them better incentive for good service **** - On the positive , they have some nice options on sports coats From the places I've gone... Balani, Tom James, J Hilburn, King Brothers -- I would rank Q dead last. Even shirts I got online from Charles Tyrwhitt and TM Lewin hold up and fit better (and they're not even "made to measure") The horror stories are too long for Yelp. But just keep in mind you have better options.
