They really forgot about us in the consultation room. Really no consideration for kids' school or for other people's time or schedules. I am considering changing doctors though we have been with them for a couple of years. The doctors don't seem to be around much or are always booked up and the nurse practitioners don't seem to care.... The practice has only gone downhill recently.... Unless they revamp their staff, I don't see people coming back ..

WHAT DO YOU DO?! When our kids are sick, they should be able to see a doctor, yet we were told to go to urgent care over and over. Urgent care is not the primary. I guess clients are okay with this but not me... switched practices and left the CHOP network because of the unprofessionalism and unavailability. RIDICULOUS! The CHOP network should shutter this place.

I arrived at 9:10 I was told walk in's were done and they said that I needed to register on line My daughter said everything was updated but this receptionist said no. I was also told they don't consider a fever unless it's at 101.3. That is not her choice to make. We are now at 9:20 I paid the co pay and was told to move so they could now register regular patients. Now I have to wait. My daughter called and Irene is now arguing with my daughter so the reception area heard the conversation. I opened the glass and asked her to keep her voice down. This PA just walks out of the exam room, doesn't even finish, didn't call asthma medicines in, left 2 crying kids and a pissed off parent, throws her hands up in the air and says oh well your kid has to learn the hard way that they don't always get what they want...are you kidding me???! When you have the front desk being unprofessional and discourteous to parents, this impacts your access to the Doctor, quality care etc. Sadly, I would not recommend this practice. Great Doctors, but if you can not access them due to the horrible, unqualified staff that try and make decisions that should be left up to the Doctors. We want to entrust the utmost level of quality and care for our precious children, if you want that, look elsewhere!
