This PA just walks out of the exam room, doesn't even finish, didn't call asthma medicines in, left 2 crying kids and a pissed off parent, throws her hands up in the air and says oh well your kid has to learn the hard way that they don't always get what they want...are you kidding me???! Who do these people think they are, gods gift to earth? They have the nerve to be so unprofessional, rude and hurtful. I am beside myself at the way this office is represented. You know life lesson my 16 year old just learned the hard way is that if you check the "sometimes I'm sad" box you're going to be made to feel bad about yourself and have the most major milestone in your life stripped away from you because some stranger said so...you think she'll ever be honest again with a doctor, nope first thing she said when we left was "Mommy I should've lied" What makes this even worse is that this PA didn't even take 1 second to ask her what are the things that make her sad if she did for even 1 second she would've heard low self esteem, feeling down because she struggles with her grades and that she doesn't like last minute plan changes - but she didn't. This PA went right to she's going to have a panic attack, hyperventilate and drive off the road, she doesn't have a diagnosis yet, but she could. What!!? That's never happened once in her life, you don't even know my kid, you didn't even talk to her, you disregarded anything she had to say like she was worthless - this is going to be a very helpful experience for her already low self esteem. Why is a PA after 5 minutes of knowing someone allowed to take away the rights, privileges and life experiences of another person without any regard, care or concern for the thoughts and opinions of her parents who are with her every single day and are in absolute shock and disbelief of this PA's personal opinion. About a year ago he had a wonderful staff. Angela at the front desk was wonderful she was friendly and always had a smile. He also had very experienced women in the back drawing blood. I thought he finally found a great group. Then I went in one day and both my favorite girls were gone. Angela was no longer at the front and the cute little blonde was no longer taking my blood. I was very upset. I talk to some of these women still and I have to say I'm very disappointed that Dr. Sabitini would let Jen, the office manager turn his practice into her practice. Every time you go in to the office Jen is always yelling. And to be honest Lisa has smelled like alcohol more than once while drawing my blood. You had a great office at one time, but it just is getting worse. I have spoken to other patients and I know I am not the only one who feels this way. But Dr. Sabitini you are a wonderful doctor it's the staff around you that is not so wonderful.

I called Red Lion Pediatrics to bring my daughter in because her eye was red, puffy, sensitive to…read morelight and extremely painful. First off they refused to see her due to Covid19 because apparently they are now afraid of sick people. Isn't that like day 1 of medical school that they tell you if you're afraid to be around sick then maybe this isn't the line of work for you? Strike 1 So we agree to do a tele-health call and they then diagnose her condition as pink eye (wrong). She continues to get worse on the antibiotics until we call back a couple of days later and they very reluctantly agree to see her. The doctor again diagnoses it as pink eye. Strike 2 My wife says she wants to take her to Wills Eye Hospital in center city and Red Lion agreed to fax over the referral .Later that day they call to inform us that they don't have the fax number to Wills and that they're leaving for the weekend so they'll deal with it on Monday. Because googling the fax number was too much work apparently. Strike 3 My daughter ended up in the ER on Saturday and we got a proper diagnosis of scleritis which involves a completely different treatment. We also had an ER copay of $125 as opposed to the standard $30 copay had they sent the referral. Scleritis isn't exactly a rare disease but they were unable to diagnose it TWICE. They gave the wrong medicine TWICE . And were completely indifferent and uncaring when we needed a referral. I will find my kids a new doctor because the people at Red Lion Pediatrics are not only incompetent, they don't care. The staff's unsympathetic response to a very sick child ,because they were too busy planning their weekend, is a reflection on the doctor. You know the old saying : the fish stinks from the head.
