After several weeks of discomfort, she spent 45 minutes working on me. The next day it was like I never had a problem. The second visit I pulled another muscle, in my side. If I turned the wrong way it was like an ice pick going into my ribcage. This went on for 3 weeks. Again her touch made me feel like it never happened. I now see Lynn every 3-4 weeks. I leave her office feeling great. And that feeling lasts for days. I would strongly urge anyone who has aches and pains to visit her. I had some light bruising, trouble standing straight, and debilitating stiffness in my lower back. She fosters a connection with me on the table to be able with conversation and personal anecdotes. At the same time, if I don't want to chat, silence prevails and an inner meditation takes over with the light music playing during the session. Initially, I needed her to really focus on the acute injury and not give a general massage. I am very grateful that she obliged. Her practice also extends beyond the table. Hanna encourages mindfulness while on the table. For me I was able to deeply connect with the massage following her words. She also showed me some stretches that greatly helped my back release.
