I called the shop to express my concerns and the guy and his daughter started yelling at me over the phone that I was wrong. we went back and forth for about 10 minutes until I decided to just hang up. about an hour later my mom calls me and tells me THAT THE GUY SHOWED UP AT HER HOUSE! he starts telling her that he's willing to take back the flowers & give me a refund. like wtf. save your money and buy flowers from Costco.

She was incredibly warm, fun, and easy to talk to, and somehow understood our vision with very little direction. We were going for a boho chic vibe, and she absolutely nailed it. Lisa was also refreshingly flexible and honest. She worked within our budget without ever upselling or pressuring us, which we really appreciated. Communication was excellent throughout--she was responsive, easy to reach by text or phone, and just genuinely great to work with. One detail that meant a lot to us: my husband was able to drop off specific glass vases we wanted her to incorporate, and she seamlessly worked them into the design. When we saw the florals on the wedding day, they completely exceeded our expectations. My bouquet was vibrant and stunning--it truly made the photos. The tables were beautifully arranged, and everything came together perfectly. We received so many compliments from our guests about how gorgeous the flowers were. The final disappointment was that she never even showed up to the event, and sent a crew instead to take the brunt for what was not correct. Stacy her lead coordinator was amazing and helpful.
