I highlty recommend not use this company for your floral needs. Not only did they over charge me for the Premimum floral arrangement, my wife received the basic floral arrangement for our anniversery. I called and even sent pictures, which they did admit was not what I paid for and that someone would get back to me with what they plan on doing to fix the problem. I had to keep calling them after not receiving any type of contact from the managment for over 2 weeks. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, it is the absolute worst company I have ever delt with. We spent over $530 on an arrangement to be delivered to a retirement community on November 6th, meant to comfort a grieving loved one after a tragic loss. The arrangement that arrived was nothing close to the $479 value we paid for, and it wasn't even delivered to the recipient's room as promised. When I called to address this, the florist made excuses instead of taking accountability. Even if there was an issue with the delivery, we should have been notified immediately, not left to discover it ourselves. They only offered a refund for the $10 tip and $12.99 delivery fee, which is unacceptable given the circumstances and the total amount spent. We chose this florist because we wanted something beautiful and meaningful for a very sensitive occasion, but instead we were met with poor service, lack of communication, and an arrangement that did not reflect what was paid for. Ordered a floral arrangement for a funeral in Farmington Mo. I really wonder if Eva's Florist is even located there as they seemed totally unfamiliar with Farmington. I am writing this the following Monday.... and nothing! Had to proactively contact customer service just to get any response - they never once reached out to me about the missing order. Very disappointed with this flower shop! In the past they have been great. For my daughter's baby shower that was held on 9/6/25 they really messed up, Liz messed up! I went in a month before the event to see how they could help me, Liz was very helpful at that time. I ordered the flowers two weeks in advance per her instructions. One week before the event I get a call from Liz asking if I was going to pick up the flowers, I told her she had the wrong date! It wasn't for another week! I called Liz on the Monday before the event to make sure she reordered the flowers, she said she did. When I picked up the flowers the day before the event they looked terrible! She kept the flowers for a week! I was so disappointed! I did my part to ensure beautiful flowers for my daughter's baby shower and Liz did not do her part!! Do not order flowers from this so-called Florist Company. This past Mother's Day, May 2025 for my 89 years old Mother, I went to the Eva's Floral Gallery Shop and picked flowers from their cooler. There was a vase with pretty rose decoration on it, with a lot of greenery around the vase. The woman, who said she was the owner, took the vase from the cooler. She took it in the back of the shop and was looking at it. Next the owner handed the vase to the checker who put it in some box. I thought this should make it easier to handle. I was charged over a $100.00 for it. I took home, no problems in handling it. I took it in right away for my mother to enjoy. This was the day before Mother's Day. I wanted to give it to her right of way. We would be at Church the next day. I put it on the counter for her to enjoy. After 5 hours went by, I noticed petals starting to fall off some of the flowers. I added some water to it. With in about 5 minutes there was a puddle of water from the back of the vase that had so much greenery coving it up. I moved the greenery out of the way; there was a two-inch crack with a piece missing from the rim of the vase. I was livid. They sold be a cracked vase with wilting flowers. I called them, a women picked up my call. I explained what was going on and I wanted to know what would be done about it. She said the owner wasn't there. She took all my information and said she would have them call me back. Still today nothing. I'm going to contact my Credit Card company and Consumer Affair's. I will not tolerate this disgusting so- called company that sells nothing but broken items. Thanks to them my 89-year-old, who might not be with me for another Mother's Day, her Mother's Day floral gift is a disgusting disaster. Ordered flowers for Mother's Day. My mother's favorite flowers are white and purple and they let me know that they had a special bouquet for Mother's Day called Plum Paradise for $100. Deliver was another $17. Although the arrangement was beautiful, it was a bit underwhelming. For $117 I expected something bigger and with more purple flowers. For the same amount, I could have gotten 7 dozen roses for less at Whole Foods. read more

The rating is zero. Horrible customer service. Flowers were ordered for same-day delivery but never were delivered. Close to $100.00 order, Then told us today March 21st, order was on the truck and would be delivered "soon". Was told when the delivery drivers got in they would email and call us to confirm delivery, didn't happen. Flowers were for my sister-in-law who has worked tirelessly trying to help get my other sis-in-laws body ready for cremation. I am livid. Glad I didn't order these for the Catholic service which will be taking place. And the email address they show on their site is invalid as well as the phone number. So not only am I leaving a negative review here, I am reporting them to the Hemet Chamber of Commerce and possibly a couple of other places if they don't respond immediately. They need to consider selling at a farmers market rather than online. What a rip off disaster. read more

This modest florist in an unassuming strip mall in Hemet absolutely saved the day for me this last Mother's Day. Although I had made a vase for my mother, I had failed to secure a bouquet for her which left me scrambling around 1pm on my way to see my family. Fortunately, I stopped at Eva's where I was met with excellent customer service, an absolutely beautiful product and a reasonable price. I did have to wait about 30 minutes for the bouquet to be completed, but let me remind you that I walked in on the busiest day of the year for a florist and requested a custom bouquet to be made for me right then. Not only did they agree, but they interrupted their very long list of pre-ordered flowers waiting to go out for deliver to accommodate me. And if you think that their haste to serve the customer resulted in a sub-par product, please see the attached photo. My husband always get me flowers though out the year . We just moved around the area and he ordered some roses for our anniversary here, by the 3 day the roses was wilting already. Called and emailed them letting them know. They told me to cut them 45 degrees angle add sugar and aspirin but by the next day they all died. I alway cut and change the water every two days when I received flowers and never have my flowers start dying by the 3rd days. Even Costco flowers last longer. I would not recommend anyone to get flowers here. Very unhappy with there service. read more

My father recently passed and some friends sent me flowers. They came across Eva's since it was about 3 miles from me. They have some amazing baskets. You can tell they take the time to pay attention to the details. Every single flower and leaf in the basket was beautiful and cared for. am at my girlfriend, of 60 years' memorial. The flowers were just delivered, and I AM COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED!!!! I wanted a "HUGE" basket of patriotic colored flowers... mostly carnations. What I got was a medium sized basket with some carnations. The snapdragons, which frame the back, are hung over in the throes of death, along with a few others that are hanging over. I had to move the ribbon to the center-side, because that was where the BUGGEST flowerless hole was. Holes, the size of my fist, all over, completely void of flowers! All for $300. I was willing to pay much more! One of the family members stated it looked like a $100 bouquet. How many people request, like I did, the least expensive flower to be the main focus? Extremely pleased with Eva's floral Gallery. This past week has been very difficult to say the least, my dear sister passed away, my family and I were left with the difficult task of making arrangements for her memorial service, something we had never done. One thing we all agreed on was that my sister deserved nothing but the best, we wanted her to have the most beautiful flowers. After going around to various flower shops in the area and receiving no help, just being handed the catalog each time, we came across Eva's. It was the last location on our list due to their extended hours compared to all other shops in the area. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a friendly lady at the counter. She not only treated us kindly but was extremely patient with us while we decided what it was that we wanted. She showed us various colors, measurements, arrangements and helped us with deciding what would look the nicest. At such a difficult time for us, this made the world of difference. They even gave us a military discount. As for the flowers, I can confidently say that what was delivered looked just as beautiful, if not more, than what we had seen in the catalogs when we ordered.
