When I visited her home and saw all the color, activities, and everything she does for the children, I knew my baby girl would be in wonderful hands. From birthday parties and dance parties to the great, yummy meals the children enjoy, Teacher Rose puts so much love and effort into creating a fun and nurturing environment. There are even things my daughter won't eat at home that she will gladly eat at daycare! Teacher Rose is excellent at providing wonderful care to the children. From the very start, she has loved on my baby girl and brought out a side of her that has been so wonderful to watch grow. She tends to the children's needs as if they are her own. Teacher Rose is very communicative, thorough, and clear, which I truly appreciate. She sends videos and makes sure I'm able to see what my baby has going on throughout the day. Anytime I have questions or concerns, she answers me. She respects me as my daughter's mother and considers what I require for my daughter to be cared for properly, and what I need in order to feel comfortable with her care. Mrs. Rose does a lot! She even goes the extra mile and makes sure every child is celebrated on their birthday and makes the holidays even more special for little ones and their siblings. Their days are structured and the perfect combination of fun and class work. I love that they are screen free and all of the kids enrichment comes from outside play arts and crafts. Communication is the perfect level for a working family. They contact you when needed and immediately for any accidents or injuries but I don't get multiple calls a day like we have with previous childcare. The staff help with potty training as well. We shopped around for close to a year before we decided to sign little man up for Kidz and never looked back. She provided encouragement and instilled confidence in him during huge transitional and key milestone early years. Most recently, Lorena became a virtual teacher to my son, who is now 4. We pulled him out of preschool due to the pandemic. During the virtual sessions, she has taught him the alphabet, counting numbers 1-20 and most importantly kept him engaged with games, such as bingo using the alphabets or Pictionary drawing out things and having my son guess. It truly shows how much effort she puts into each session to keep my son entertained and learning. Not an easy task!
