We had spiders and critters around our house. With summer coming up we were concern for our grandchildren running around the pool bear footed We contacted Cornerstone and spoke to a gentleman name Ken. We explained our situation and concerns with spiders and chemicals around the children and our plants. He was very knowledgeable and explaining his product. We schedule that was so easy and got quick feedback for scheduling. The tecks came out and were very professional. they were very detailed on knowing were those dam spiders hid under. they cleaned all the webs etc. I was very happy with them. Very nice guys. I have left a review before but wanted to add some things to it. To go along with the awesome service I've documented before I wanted to add that they don't charge by month like most pest services do, the charge by actual service trip. In the winter when service isn't nectary they will come every other month so instead of being charged 12 times a year I am charged 9 to 10 times a year, only when I'm serviced. Also ifI have some specific need ( I've had some ant issues) they will give extra attention to it no charge. These guys are awesome. read more

I was charged a fee for notifying them less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time, yet they have never informed me the time of service. They violated their own contract. They only call the day before they come out. They only leave message if you don't pick up. They do not give you opportunity to confirm. Their product may be good, but the way they schedule is really bad. They refused to refund my late fee. Filing complaint with the state and sending a demand letter. Will see what happen? My recent experience was truly disappointing. Despite being a loyal customer for over seven years, this year, I faced severe pest issues both inside and outside my home, which was a first-time occurrence since I've lived here. While I had never required extra services in the past, I was initially unconcerned because re-service was an included benefit "supposedly" ;However, I soon discovered that is not part of the wonderful service they claim to offer. Before scheduling my service last month, I inquired about available options to address the problem because it was getting out of control. They suggested indoor service, but with five animals, this was a difficult choice as we would all need to vacate the premises for 4-5 hours. So, I decided to research if outdoor cleaning would be effective. It seemed promising, so I hired a company to power wash my house, spending $1500 in hopes of eliminating pests settled in areas I can't see. Unfortunately, I still had a few issues, but great news was it was particularly only in the backyard. Frustrated by the ongoing problems, I reached out to Diane at Cornerstone to schedule a service and get the situation under control before it worsened. To my surprise, she made me feel it was my fault because I didn't do indoor service but that was option not mandatory so if I needed a extra service I'm now charged an additional $54 charge(I've attached her email) I couldn't help but feel that this was misleading, especially given my months of complaints about spiders and ants and her response not to worry it is covered until it is under control. This experience left me deeply dissatisfied after years of loyalty. It is just sad how many companies don't care about loyalty from us in a time where the economy is so bad that we work hard for the luxury of even wanting pest free homes. JUST SAD! There is so many companies so now looking for one who will appreciate my loyalty. read more

I had the nightmare of finding red ants all over my kitchen and bed. With little kids and biting red ants, I could not wait days to get the house sprayed. Cornerstone got me scheduled for the same day and took really great care of me. He sprayed inside and outside. He also gave me a few ant baits in case they came back but I haven't seen an ant inside since. Highly recommend! No. But the knowledge & integrity sealed the deal. Ken & I walked my property. I told him my concerns & he told me his plan of action. We've been with cornerstone for a few years now and I never thought I'd see a pest company as "need" but these guys are awesome. Just recently I had a wasp issue in both our basketball hoop and under the hang of our house and they addressed it the next day (I called on a weekend) and they came by and within 10 minutes wasps were gone from them spraying. No charge for the wasps. They've even came to service when my dog was in the back, since we'd forgot they were coming, and he's a pain in the butt! I just put one start because this system does not allows you to review without at least 1 start, but in reality they deserve ZERO STARTS!... Customer Service is horrible!!!... starting with this woman who answers the phones in the office I believe her name is HAILEY, She is very rude! I paid for 6 services, Their service didn't really help with the problem that I had at home (Spiders, Mosquitos, Fleas, ETC.) Also, they scheduled you whenever they want, not when is convenient for you! I had a service scheduled last week by them, but I have to call and ask them to cancel this one, because I have a small dog that stays in my backyard when we are not at home (Of course is an outdoor service), and no one could take care of my dog that day. I told her that I will call back to rescheduled sometime this week. last night I received a call from them, it was an automatic REMINDER that they will come to my property TODAY, I called back and left them a voicemail (Because they never answer the phone when you call) asking for the time that the service will be done, because of my dog, the woman at the office said that will be between 11am to 1 pm. I told her that this time would not work for me because is late and I have to work too, and since I always request my services very early in the morning and this one that they scheduled me was on their own convenience (Not mine who is the person paying for the service)! and it was without consulting me the time. I try to explained to this person that I have a dog and they just can't access to my property whenever they want, so her answer was: This is your last service contracted with us, and because I never call to reschedule, they did it for me. (Basically, they work this way... Whether I agree or not they will do it) and because is almost the end of the month... Oh excuse me! you still have few days left on June... WOW!!! Even do I a explained that neither my husband or me can be at home to take care of the dog, they just scheduled you without asking if the time or day works for you?!!!!! Cornerstone Pest Management, You guys are way to much!!! I'm extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with the service provided by them, and as I mention before starting with the people who works in the office HAILEY! I can't say enough good things about this company. I've been with them for awhile and have never had an issue. The office ladies are the absolute sweetest! I HATE spiders, and every summer when we get them inside due to the heat, I call and ask if they could spray the inside and I always tell Diane and Chantelle how much I hate spiders, etc and those two just listen to me vent about bugs (my husband likes to remind me they're not a therapist for me haha) and are just so sweet and understanding about getting someone out to the house in a timely manner for me.
