He explained their list of services and the price of each package that they offer in detail. He asked me if I had any special requirements or areas in the house that was important to me so they can make sure that it gets addressed. Another thing Jeff explained is that the two people that come to your house to cill will be the same people that will be back next time. Amber and Jasmine came to clean the house and they did an amazing job. They took their time and made sure they did not miss a spot. While they were here, Kim stopped by because she did not get a chance to meet me in person because I scheduled on short notice. She was absolutely delightful and made sure everything was OK and it definitely was. They did clean my wife's shower and bathtub, but when they wiped down the glass shower door and the back door leading to the patio, a film remained on both surfaces. Additionally, a film residue was left on the stove top after their cleaning, and they failed to clean the second bathtub in the main bathroom. They also did not dust the surfaces in the living room, although one team member did dust the ceiling vents. Based on the quality of service relative to the price we paid, I would not recommend this company for cleaning services.
