Bought a Groupon to do laser on my face. Had a certain number I purchased. She never kept track…read moreso I just kept going but even with the extra treatments it didn't take away my hair. Ended up going to Ideal Image and it has worked. Another thing about her is even though I went regularly, every couple of weeks, she never remembered me and clearly didn't take notes since I went for a lot more appointments than I paid for. Then covid came so I figured that was my time to stop going.

Now my appointment was at 28th 5:00pm, I was late because the address listed on groupon was incorrect and I was following it. She did text me the address 30 mins before my appointment but that isn't helpful since I live over an hour away so I was going to be late regardless. She texted me that she would only be able to do the lower legs since I was going to late. I understood that part but when I arrived she's like actually we have to cancel! I don't understand why she wouldn't tell me that before I arrived. Anyways I decided to reschedule with her since I was getting such a good deal. She's said I can come on the 29th 3:30pm. I actually arrived early at 3:15pm to be safe. Her phone is off, doors are locked. She texts 15 mins later that she meant 29th of December then she texts again that she actually meant 29th of November. I honestly can't believe how unprofessional she is. She's the only one it seems that does it and she honestly doesn't care at all about her clients whatsoever. She even told me I should try to get my money back from groupon! Does that seem like someone who cares about their business? I have wasted so much time and gas money for this lady who couldn't care less about her clients. Careful going to her, she will waste your time and money. She knows I live a hour away btw and couldn't care less.
