Let me just say that Susan did AMAZING on my lips and frown lines and I cannot stop looking at my lips Susan paid attention to so much detail on every injection site. While waiting for the numbing to kick in, she asked me what kind of look I was going for. Honestly, A question that I had never been asked so I Didn't really know how to answer. I put my entire faith in her knowledge and expertise, and I'm so glad I did because I feel beautiful. I was given a list of recommendations for my skin (The processes the costs,etc...) for future ideas and let me just say that I am seriously considering their recommendations because honeyyyyy these ladies (Including the Cleaning staff I'm assuming )are stunning and kind. Even before that, I had two septoplastys before that as well. The first rhinoplasty I had wasn't exactly great and left me in a position of unhappiness with my nose never being straightened and also making the tip of my nose bulbous. With Dr. Gross, he was able to completely straighten my nose and remove/fix scar tissue of the tip of my nose. Extremely great patient interaction every time & would recommend him to anyone who's looking for genuine work to be done. Very disappointing experience after almost two years as a customer…read moreI have been a customer of this spa for almost two years, and after this experience, I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated. My appointments were confirmed on Thursday, including my 9:15 AM appointment. Then, the day before my appointment, I received another message showing 9:45 AM. Based on my previous experiences with their appointment confirmations, I understood that the time had been changed. I also had multiple appointments scheduled that morning, including 9:45 and 10:15, one of which was my Botox appointment. When I arrived, I was told that I was late for my 9:15 appointment. I explained that I had received the 9:45 appointment confirmation and showed them the messages. Instead of calmly looking into the confusion and trying to resolve the situation, the front-desk employee became confrontational and spoke loudly to me. What I found especially unacceptable and aggressive was that she threatened to call the police because I was speaking loudly, while she was also speaking loudly and making the situation even more stressful. I was upset because I felt I was being blamed for a scheduling issue caused by conflicting information from the spa. I was not expecting this kind of treatment, especially after being a customer for almost two years. If there was a misunderstanding with my appointment time, the professional thing to do would have been to calmly explain the situation and work with me to resolve it--not escalate the situation, make me feel intimidated, and threaten to involve the police. I have always believed that good customer service matters just as much as the services being provided. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, completely unnecessary and aggressive. After almost two years as a customer, I never expected to be treated this way. This experience has seriously changed how I feel about returning to this spa.

He took our money $250 a year and a half ago for a consult for a procedure of which he was willing to do then, but our family decided it was better to wait until our daughter graduated from high school right before college and now he won't see her until she is 18 for a second consultation of which, by the time she turns 18 she won't have enough time to get it done before she has to go away to college in the summer. And the staff said the doctor had concerns that my daughter wasn't ready for it. It was actually the Doctor Who said it would be no big deal that she gets it done while she was in high school and my daughter put a lot of thoughtfulness in it and decided to wait until after high school. The doctor isn't even offering a consult with my daughter, my husband and myself.
