I gave $100 non refundable deposit over the phone, which is applied to your balance $495. I finally mustered up the confidence to and get them done, and I'm glad I did!! My eyebrows look so natural and full and now I don't have to do anything to them! The staff was wonderful, I arrived early and called the number that they had on the door. Upon entering I was told to wash my hands and then fill out the necessary paper work. While I was filling it out in the lobby, the technician cleaned and sanitized my eyebrows. She also applied a numbing cream. Once I was called back to the room my aesthetician made me feel very comfortable, she asked if I was nervous, or had any question. Once we started it was smooth sailing. It didn't hurt as much as I thought. It really no difference than getting the plucked waxed or threaded. Felt like Velcro or sand paper. I have zero tattoos or piercing (my ears are pierced but when I was a baby) so I didn't know what to expect. We finished really fast I want to say 15 to 20mins. I was shocked how fast. Everything is beautiful inside, clean and decorated nicely. I really felt comfortable. I go back in two weeks for touch ups and from there 7 to 10 months as needed. The two week follow is included in your original fee. I can't wait to heal and see the outcome. I'll post updates! Over all my experience was amazing and the staff are patient kind and helpful. The masseuse for my full body massage was very polite, however it seemed like she was in a rush to get things done and massaged very quickly. I understand everyone prefers different speeds and pressure, but I was never asked and she was too fast/hard handed for my liking. She focused more on my face/jawline/head area, rather than my back and body(which I mentioned my back needed the most attention). After my massage, I was told to wait in the front lobby for my facial. I was then brought back to the facial room, the esthetician was nice and laid back. She told me upfront that my added on aromatherapy was just essential oils added to her wrists; so that add on was a huge waste. I smelt it when she first applied it to herself and then it disappeared. She also wore gloves during the entire facial, which caused the gloves to stick to my face and basically pull my skin. Not sure if that is a personal choice of hers or the business, but I've never had an esthetician wear them. The facial lasted less than the 50 minutes that were booked, with her leaving the room for almost 10 of those minutes during the facial. Once I was done, I began to walk out the front lobby. The employee sitting at the front desk rudely questioned if I had already paid. I responded yes, that my husband had booked the service and paid online. She stated she did not see any gratuity added and asked how I would like to add that today. Overall, the entire booking was not worth the money or my time. I immediately noticed neck pain and my face was extremely uncomfortable. It also didn't add to the already unpleasant experience when the front desk questioned the gratuity. But I do want to say both the masseuse and esthetician were friendly and nice. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this business to anyone, which is a huge disappointment.

When I arrived at my appointment this morning to the building, it was under construction with no air conditioning running. This isn't completely shocking as it's an old older building and does need repair. The office door was locked. I called the main number to speak to a Office employee who then called the Lake mary office to have an employee pop her head out to let me know that no provider had arrived yet and she could not unlock the door. I was allowed in at 8:20, 20 minutes after my appointment time. Once in the room, I had an office member and the provider both asked me why I was there, even though it was listed on my paperwork, which I was reminded several times via text and email to complete. When I mentioned the strange start to my visit, the provider asked what I meant. I explained all of the above. And she explained to me that "sometimes doors lock". At this point, I told her I would be leaving and wished her a good day. Do not come to this office. They are falling apart.

She didn't take the time to view my hands up close nor any other area I complained about. I asked her if she could run a culture or scrape my finger and look at under a microscope. She refused and told me that she has heard this before from other patients and I need to seek psychological help and there is medicine for this. She was so blunt and very unprofessional grouping me with other's instead of treating me as an individual. She could have done a swab, and I didn't feel heard she dismissed me the first few seconds of my appointment. She came to the conclusion without doing a biopsy or an examination to prove her diagnosis. I left there feeling so upset and unheard. She was loud and violated my HIPPA rights allowing other patients in the other room the ability to hear our conversation. I am going to report her to the medical board as well.
