Updated Review: I wrote my review to share my experience and inform others, which is the entire purpose of reviews--to ensure businesses stay honest and people can make informed decisions. While I was refunded, the way this situation was handled is unacceptable. I placed an order, paid in full, and was later told I needed to pay more due to your pricing mistake. As someone with a legal education, I'm well aware that once payment is accepted, a business is obligated to honor the agreement. You, as a business, should also understand this. What's more upsetting is how you responded. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, you attacked me personally, calling my review a "tantrum" and accusing me of harassment. This response was completely unnecessary and unprofessional, and it only reinforces my original concerns about how you conduct business. If this is how you handle feedback, it's no wonder customers feel the need to leave honest reviews like mine. Your incompetence in business and CA contracts law as someone who does business in CA is the reason why you will remain in a business the size of a shed. I have found another business that provided a better service and larger arrangement for the same price from an area that is relatively more expensive in rent than your North Hollywood location. Instead of arguing with your customers and stating that they're throwing "tantrums," you should learn how to conduct ethical business practices and learn how contract law applies to sales you make as a merchant. What you did is similar to purchasing a car from a dealership and then getting a call a few days later from the dealer saying their prices went up and you have to pay a higher price for your car. Next time, instead of begging for more money for your "small size arrangement" and insulting customers online who leave honest reviews, learn proper business practices. read more

I came upon Mariam's Flower on goggle and called them if they have graduation leis for my son's graduation tomorrow. The lady was very nice and courteous on the phone and told me they have it so I went after work and I'm very happy as the orchid leis are beautiful and fresh, as well as their displays of flower arrangements and roses. The lady who assisted me was very friendly and quick, I was in and out in 5mins! Parking was also a breeze. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this flower shop in the valley. This place is a scam they advertised in their website a price and decided to cancel my order after I paid when I came to pick up the 2 flower arrangements they had told me they wouldn't honor my order and said they had refunded my money but I didn't get a refund. I showed them my statements showing no refunded but they said they would give me a refund and offered me a $20 discount. To the owners response, Mariam just the leve of unprofessionalism and rudeness with your response shows the lack of customer service. You talk about understanding yet you fail to understand that my money was never refunded nor did I get a cancelation email. As I showed you and your husband. Yet your husband said that the refund would be done soon. You also said that the refunded was made to the original form of payment which was apply pay (ApplePay and the bank are not the same) as you fail to understand after showering you my Apple Pay transactions the money was never refunded. You're in the business of customer service and as such you shouldn't treated your customers with respect. Never was I rude to you or your husband I just asked for you to honor the order since I was not aware of the cancellation as I mentioned to you and showed you there was no email canceling the order. If you had a glitch in your website that is not the consumers fault. As far as "threatening" to sue you, I told the girl on the phone - Gayane, "you COULD get sue for false advertising". The fact that you were "nice" enough offer me a $20 discount for a mistake YOU made on your website is beyond me when you stole $50. because charging me and not refunding me the money nor fulfilling the service is stealing. read more

Shame on this unprofessional business who pulled a fast one on me with their false advertisement and horrible delivery service. I was told delivery at noon, flowers arrived at 5pm. Company was clueless as to where their delivery driver dissapeared for hours. I ordered based on the photo they advertised and the flowers that were delivered looked NOTHINGGGGGG like what I ordered. The owner's daughter did not apologize even once and instead had the audacity to tell me,*well, we didn't have green so we decided to use our taste and instead use pink flowers!* I wasn't told that they didn't have the CORREXT flowers in stock and instead, they decided on my behalf what flowers to use!!! Wtf? UNACCEPTABLE! It only gets better, rather than an apology, she offered to go back and pick thr flowers back up from the recipient's home since I didn't like it but refused to reimburse the delivery fee! Please take a look at these 2 photos and tell me I don't have the right to be fuming right now!! I will be reporting this fraud flower shop to BBB. I called and ordered a $150 box bouquet plus $25 for delivery for my parent's wedding anniversary. The flowers arrived, and the arrangement was beautiful but some of the roses were wilted. So I called the shop and stated the issue and asked them if they could exchange it for different one, a fresh one. The lady on the phone said no problem, and that the driver will deliver the new flowers shortly, and take the old ones back. To my surprise the owner of the shop, Mariam, red in her face, showed up in front of my gate. My mom and I came out with the old bouquet to be exchanged. Mariam was very rude and stated that because my mom and I had a bad taste we chose a bad bouquet, and if I new nature I would realise that roses were not wilted, it is just "nature". She said she was going to take the flowers, not give me any other flowers, and refund my money but would keep the $25 delivery fee. I stated to her that she shouldn't take things personally, and that I loved her work and in fact ordered from her on many occasions. She stated: "I don't think so". Truly an out of body experience when the owner of the shop shows up to a customer's house to tell them they have "no taste and don't understand the nature". I genuinely feel bad about the situation, I wish things turned out differently, because they really do make beautiful arrangements which my family and I enjoyed on many occasions. But the worst part was that my mom heard the whole confrontation and was left with no flowers on her wedding anniversary. Her day was definitely ruined to say the least... way to go Mariam. That being said this will definitely be the end of the road for us and Mariam's flowers. read more
