I have to give it up to this establishment, I'm actually quite sure that any negative review about this place has to be from a competitor. I had a wonder experience here, I had placed an order for my mothers birthday, the staff walked me through the design, colors, special requests, and etc.. Few selection, unless you were buying a flower box around $150 plus. The prearranged flower boxes were pretty but they were all the same styled at extremely high price. No variety. the only other options were bouquets of different colored roses. I'm talking 60-80 dollars just for a bouquet of different colored roses, nothing creative. employees seemed to busy to help at first as well. I ended going to a different flower shop 20 min away called Allen's flower market!! So glad I did! Super affordable, They had a large variety of different flowers :) they also had beautiful prearranged flowers to choose from, different styles, sizes and a variety of different flowers. They also had accessories to choose from, employees were kind as well. read more

I'm so hurt by the business owner. My mother owned a flower shop called "beauty touch flowers" for 15 years and recently retired. I didn't want to bother my mom on my daughters event so I found Mariam's flowers. Not only did they rip me off on the price (tripled the cost), they also didn't do the vase part correctly that I asked. I asked for clear vase with leaves wrapped around inside of it but they decided to give me blue vase which looked like flower centerpieces for a boys party not a girls party. But that's not why I'm even mad. I called to say I needed one extra centerpiece and she told me she will be delivering the flowers herself and will be picking up the $80 from me. I said okay. The day comes and I wasn't home, I was out running errands and her daughter dropped off the centerpieces and didn't mention to my husband about the $80 and I had forgotten to tell my husband about paying them hence I had so much on my mind that day. So I told them I would Venmo them. Anyway, being busy I hadn't had the chance to Venmo. But kindly told them when I get home from our small getaway (for my daughters bday) I will pay them. But the daughter called me said bc my husband tipped them $40 (we are kind people), that we owe them 40 dollars more. Then I got a voicemail from the owner saying I owe her $80. Then I get a text from her saying I owe her 86 something dollars and fought and argued with me on tax bc of Venmo Then she had the nerve to tell me that it's my responsibility to tell my husband to pay them! Ummm no!! It's YOUR responsibility to collect your money!! Anyhow I paid them the full amount lol but I will never ever purchase from them again. The owner lacks customer service, is rude, rips off people and was so hung on that $80 thinking I was never going to pay back. What a joke. read more

Very RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. All for them to later find an excuse that I made a big deal for the sales tax.... which did NOT take place. They said it's X dollars and I was paying X dollars.
