One of the worst service experiences I've ever had. Marianna Chevy Buick GMC's service department is completely unacceptable. Instead of helping customers, it feels like their main goal is to squeeze as much money as possible out of people. Communication is poor, issues aren't explained clearly, and accountability is nonexistent. I left feeling taken advantage of rather than helped. I am filing this Yelp review to formally report a highly deceptive and unethical experience I had with Marianna Chevrolet/GMC, which appears to be engaging in manipulative financing practices, dishonest sales tactics, and predatory behavior toward consumers--even those with excellent credit and solid income. I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle through this dealership. Despite being more than qualified, I was presented with a financing package that came with an unreasonably high APR. When I questioned it, I was told this was the best and only offer available--despite the fact that I later discovered they had submitted my application to multiple lenders, including one that approved me for a significantly better rate. Rather than disclose the more favorable offer--which I would have accepted without hesitation--the dealership intentionally withheld it in an apparent attempt to coerce me into agreeing to the higher-interest loan, which would have benefited them, not me. When I confronted them with evidence of the better APR from one of their own partner lenders, they continued to push the false narrative that the inflated rate was my only option. The situation was made even worse by the behavior of the two sales representatives assigned to me--Landon and Glenn--who were clearly working together to mislead me. They provided inconsistent answers, evaded direct questions, and deliberately avoided putting anything in writing. Their actions demonstrated a complete lack of transparency and professionalism. It became increasingly clear that I was being manipulated from the start. Despite telling me the deal was finalizing, and encouraging me to move forward, they had already decided to sell the vehicle to someone else--likely due to my refusal to accept their shady loan terms. They even instructed me to purchase full insurance coverage, which I did in good faith, incurring out-of-pocket costs. Then, without any warning, I was told the vehicle was sold to another customer. Their actions wasted days of my time, cost me unnecessary expenses, and completely disregarded the basic expectations of integrity in any business transaction. To make matters worse, the dealership submitted my credit application to multiple lenders, resulting in several hard inquiries on my credit report--even though they already had a lender offering terms I would have agreed to. These unnecessary hard pulls have now impacted my credit score. It's clear that these inquiries were not made in a genuine effort to secure the best financing, but rather to string me along and pressure me into accepting an inferior offer. This pattern of behavior--from withholding better loan offers, to running multiple credit checks under false pretenses, to pushing me into buying insurance before backing out of the deal--amounts to deceptive, unethical, and possibly predatory business conduct. Reports concerning these predatory sales practices have been submitted to the BBB and the FTC for investigation. read more

Very disappointed and dissatisfied with this dealership and its service department. My truck has been there for going on four weeks now and still has not been fixed. On multiple occasions I've been placed on hold for over 20 minutes and then somebody will pick up the phone and say oh I forgot you were on hold. On multiple occasions I have been told someone will call you back after lunch. They never do. Or somebody will call you back by the end of the day and never does. My truck is a 2022 Silverado with just over 50,000 miles on it and it has been having major issues. While I completely understand the truck is out of its bumper-to-bumper warranty, expensive trucks like this should not have expensive repair bills that are only 3 1/2 years old with only 50,000 miles on them. I have been a loyal GM customer my entire life with purchases in 03,09,16 and 22. With a quote of a very expensive repair bill I applied for GM financial assistance. After taking additional time in weeks with that , the repair bill offer of help was a 20% discount. Keep in mind there has been no rental reimbursement and no loaner of vehicle offered. Then we got into the back-and-forth game. General Motors was saying that it was up to the dealership to give a better discount. The dealership was saying no it's up to General Motors to give a better discount. And the 2 pretended to go back-and-forth for an additional week while I was out of a vehicle. Finally I gave up. Tired of walking in the cold. Called them Friday and told them to fix it. Said it would be done Monday. Wasn't. Called Tuesday and kept getting "someone will call you back". Guess what nobody called back. At this time I have no option to tell my true story. I would not recommend anyone go to this dealership at this time. I completely understand some others may have been there and had a different experience. All I can do is tell you what is happening to me. I wasn't going to play their silly games when negotiating price and they could care less about selling me truck. My wonderful wife had went back and worked it out. They were to check for any recalls and repair the rear seat heaters that were not working. Called us to say truck was ready. We drove 2 hours to pick it up, they had done NOTHING. BUYERS BEWARE when purchasing a GMC from Walt Massey. Recently purchased brand new 2025 GMC Acadia from GMC MARIANNA FL. After only 2 weeks and less then 500 miles the steering knuckle and an arm snapped causing a severe wreck and the vehicle being totaled. Both sheriffs office and state trooper stated faulty equipment in their reports. The GM of Marianna GMC and the salesman who sold the vehicle have only reached out to sell another vehicle, not help with anything. They told me to go through my insurance company , that GMC would not do anything. Still to this day (10 days later) we have no rental car , and no replacement from GMC. Everyone was real nice and helpful, especially service writer Danielle Jones. I took my truck in because the "engine check light" was on. Their checkup revealed a weak battery and other electronic components were defective. All items were covered by the factory warranty except for the battery. When I got the bill for the battery and its installation, I was totally shocked!! Unbelievable that a new battery could cost $541.53! read more

Horrible customer service! They hold your car for labor fees and trust me they're not gonna fix it. How do I go there with no engine light on but now my car engine light is on?? Right turn signal problem but didn't know how to fix that but know how to charge you for doing nothing. Get this they said customer refuse service? No! I wanted my car back after it was just sitting up there for 3 days with nothing done. You get no updates! That girl Victoria one of the car advisors is rude and argumentative. Apparently nobody taught her how to speak to customers. The dude Edwin talk over you and don't listen because apparently he like to hear himself talk, and not the customer! I had been in contact with them for 3 weeks about a truck I was wanting to purchase. I had gone to the store 3 times and each time the truck was still not there. They had loaned it out for a person who's vehicle was in the shop. When the truck came back in I received a call telling me it was back. An hour later I arrived at the dealership to find they sold it before I could arrive. If you do business with them except them to be snakes in the grass. My car has been waiting for a warranty repair for more than 6 months now. I been told several times now that as soon as the loaner car came in the service manager would get the keys and call me right away. He even said once it should be Monday. When I didn't hear anything I called on Tuesday and he apologized saying it is taking longer on the car they are on but will call me as soon as it's in. We'll it is done by now for sure but when I called I guess they have a new service manager because he said there is no cars. I could bring it and drop it off and they would get to it. I told him I couldn't walk. He said I was welcome to take it to any Chevrolet dealership they all do warranty work. He was rude and said let him know if I wanted him to do the work. Don't waste your time on Miller Miller. Ricky Miller is a lier hiding behind the presence of God. He was supposed to call me months ago and I still haven't heard from him. read more

I had a horrible service experience with this service center & will advise any and everyone to use another place for any needs, but especially service. Two staff members were rude and also unhelpful. Could not or would not explain why or how an oil consumption test works. Told me to call GM so I did. After GM senior advisor (Victoria) spoke to Mr. Anderson and myself on a recorded line, she advised me to take my vehicle to a more professional dealer/service center and apologized for his lack of help and knowledge. I'm back safely on the road now & all thanks to GM and another service center, NOT Rahal Miller. Basic customer service is acknowledging customer's concerns, the willingness to explain issues and resolutions & come to a resolve as well as answer any and all consumer's questions in a professional and helpful manner, not condescending & rude. I was assured BEFORE bringing my vehicle there that it would be resolved before driving it home, but once it was there and kept for a week, I was told I needed to drive it for 500 miles then bring it back. Very inconvenient. Never got an estimate for repairs. Was told it's a GM issue, but never explained what is causing the issue or what the resolve would be. Asked many questions, never received a straight answer. Was told to ask GM to send me a bulletin with the info. Had to call a different center to get the info and a resolve so that I could feel comfortable behind the wheel of my vehicle again. read more

Beware of 2014 f-150 lifted new tries and rims was my truck i traded for smaller truck month ago but Rahal Miller Chevrolet didn't take the take F-150 truck out of mine or my wife name were still getting statements from gateway one lending with owning on the blue navy 2014 F150 lifted ) sitting out front of Rahal Miller Chevrolet) . we called gateway one lending they said just paid the account off may 31,2017 month later after we trade on April 29,2017 its really upsetting to see this truck still in our name wasn't taken our name on April 29,2017 like it should have been that day, that truck blue book 27,000 and 8,000 over blue book they were hoping that could sale it with all upgrades on it'' but left the truck in our name after learning about it. i did talk to the sale man heath about it and he understood what was going on and told me that could get credit back being the truck was in my name and that he was call me with appointment but i called gateway one lending this morning to get to the bottom of this matter and they paid it off May 31,2017 really bad business takes month for them to pay off the truck just left in our name mean while. read more
