The service department was more than willing to help us out. We were traveling through in our RV,…read moretowing our 2022 Jeep. We had blown a fuse in the Jeep early in the day. When we got to our campsite we thought we would run to the parts store and get a fuse. The Jeep had other plans. Absolutely would not start. Called here at 4:55PM Jonathan said bring it in the morning and we'll look at it. We told him we would have to tow it behind the RV. He advised us that there was construction so we would need to pull into the grocery store parking area as we would not fit otherwise. My husband could not sleep much last night, thinking about the problem. As we drove to see Jonathan there was a parts store. My husband thought let's get that fuse and see what happens. Well it worked! Called Jonathan and told him we are good to go. He genuinely expressed that he was happy for us and was concerned we were going to be stranded as we waited for parts. Not many people care about another's inconvenience even though it was certainly not Jonathan's fault. After so many years traveling around the country we have come terms with "shit happens" but it's nice to know that there are guys like Jonathan out there for us.

My wife and I drove down to Key CDJR of Marianna on July 3 to look at a 2017 Toyota Camry. Based on…read moreour deeply unprofessional experience with their sales staff, I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. The vehicle we looked at was in terrible condition and had clearly not been prepped for sale. It had a huge dent on the door, rust and sticky residue behind all the handles and trunk, completely fogged headlights, and heavily stained interior. When we politely told our salesman, Al Gammon, that we needed a moment to discuss the car, he rudely replied, "Did you not talk about it on the way down?" When I pointed out the blatant condition issues, he became defensive instead of helpful. He told us, "Where are you going to find a 2017 Camry with no scratches and dents?" and dismissively claimed it just needed a detail. Finally, instead of trying to assist us, he abruptly stated, "I guess this is not the car for you." Mr. Gammon bragged about having 14 years of sales experience, yet he lacks basic customer respect. I escalated this to the General Manager, Doug Driscoll, who offered a written apology but tried to soften the blow by claiming conversations can be "perceived differently." There is no misinterpreting direct, rude quotes. I have filed a formal BBB complaint. We will never buy a vehicle from Key CDJR of Marianna and we strongly advise others to avoid them as well.

An Unforgettable Experience with GMC of Quincy, Particularly Joshua…read more Unfortunately, after five separate complaints, I feel compelled to leave this review regarding the excessively loud music coming from GMC of Quincy and, more specifically, the manner in which Joshua has handled my concerns. This issue began around July 4th and has continued since then. GMC of Quincy has speakers physically set up outside the dealership, and the music coming from those speakers is loud enough to wake me from my sleep inside my home. I work nights as a nurse practitioner, so being able to sleep during the day is not a luxury. It is a necessity. This morning, I was awakened by Smokey Robinson's "Cruisin'." I could hear the song clearly enough from inside my home to recognize exactly what was playing. That should give some indication of just how loud these outdoor speakers are. GMC of Quincy sits on a major highway. I cannot imagine motorists driving down the highway are attempting to listen to the dealership's music. If outdoor music is considered necessary for the business, perhaps the dealership should invest in a professionally designed sound system that directs sound toward its own property instead of broadcasting music loudly enough to disturb the surrounding community. What has made this situation even more frustrating is my interaction with Joshua. I have spoken with him twice. During our most recent conversation, his demeanor came across as irritated and unnecessarily unpleasant, almost as though he was annoyed that I had called again. Yes, I called again. I have called five times because the problem has continued. At no point have I asked GMC of Quincy to stop playing music. I have simply asked that the volume be kept at a reasonable level so that people in their own homes are not being awakened by music coming from speakers deliberately positioned outside the dealership. After five complaints, this should no longer require another phone call. I would also expect someone in a customer-facing position to understand that becoming irritated with the person making a repeated complaint does not resolve the reason the person keeps having to call. Hopefully, management will finally address both concerns: the excessive volume coming from the outdoor speakers and the way legitimate concerns from members of the surrounding community are handled. People living near a business should not have to repeatedly ask for the basic courtesy of being able to peacefully enjoy, and in my case sleep, inside their own homes.
