A group of us all pitched in to get their family a large display of hydrangeas, roses and orchids as we couldn't be there ourselves on such short notice. Vanessa was so helpful, sympathetic and understanding throughout the whole sensitive process, easing any worries we had. It was a comfort to us to be able to send our condolences a thousand miles away. I would definitely order from them again, though hopefully on a more light-hearted event next time.

I still waited and then she explained they didn't like working with Perches Funeral home and that they wouldn't deliver on a Sunday because their hours are "off." And then they explained I could pick up the arrangement myself! Uhm no! Also said the owner was not available to help on the weekend. I drove to this store to shop local and will never return. Went across the street and they gladly took my $200 with no issue and a smile. Some family-owned shops need to reconsider their approach to customers, no matter how long they've been in business.
