I still waited and then she explained they didn't like working with Perches Funeral home and that they wouldn't deliver on a Sunday because their hours are "off." And then they explained I could pick up the arrangement myself! Uhm no! Also said the owner was not available to help on the weekend. I drove to this store to shop local and will never return. Went across the street and they gladly took my $200 with no issue and a smile. Some family-owned shops need to reconsider their approach to customers, no matter how long they've been in business.
