Chips were warm but didn't seem super fresh although were still great. The salsa was quite mild but wouldn't expect different in the heartland. The service was wonderful and our server was attentive. As for the flavor of enchiladas - very good. Cheesy and delicious. The chicken was good, but being so close to Mexico coming from southern AZ we have pretty authentic close to native flavors. The seasoning was ok and the rice and beans that it came with were also alright. We were largely impressed with the service and structure more than anything. I was really happy with the michelada - such a staple for my meals when having Mexican so it was perfect!! We enjoyed overall and recommend. I waited outside till 5:16 and went in. My first impression was of the dirty floor with an obvious broom by the back door and a significant amount of gathered trash behind it. The young people working didn't know about my order at first, then said it was not ready and they would make it in the next 10 minutes. Pleasant apology for being "behind". The two people working were loud and not appealing as I waited for my order. I waited inside and the food was ready in 10 to 12 minutes....not bad. The check out was very unfriendly, not pleasant and did not ask for my Casey's Reward. I asked how she was and was greeted with a sullen, "Alright". She has some trouble counting back the change but got it right. I asked about giving my Rewards # and was told it was too late because I was already checked out. This was not a good experience.
