I'm from out of town... popped in here expecting a spa pedicure... No. I felt rushed, no spa pedicure, all they basically did was wash my feet and slap some gel polish on it. They did not trim my nails as I asked. Loved the color, next on to the Dip nails, or they call it SNS. Well my nails look horrible, the edges are rough, my nails bend, which shouldn't happen. There are serious ridges on several of my nails. The edges were not filed down. Needless to say I felt like this place has a lot to learn about doing nails and pedicures. Horrible! After waiting 2 1/5 hours to be waited on, we were skipped by someone that came an hour after myself and my daughter. I brought it to one of the mail techs attention and her reply was "sorry" and proceeded to continue to overlook us. I'll NEVER patronize them again! read more

I took my daughter and my granddaughter in there have their nails done for an early Christmas present. There were only two nail techs in there at the time we waited for quite a while, and when I finally got back in the back to have my nails done, the lady took the tips I had on off and I told her that I wanted tips, but I wanted them short, instead she put the acrylic over top of my thin nails that she had already took the Dremel to so far three of them have broken off. I went back one time, but I live almost to the Mississippi state line, and when I did go back the lady acted like it was an inconvenience while she was I wanted the tips and she never replied but when I did go back, she did put a tip on the one that broke but didn't fix the rest so now I have three more nails they're broken and I guess I'll have to go somewhere else to pay and have them done that is closer to my house I am very disappointed in the service in which I received I have never went in and not had tips put on my nails when I had them done nor been ignored when I ask what were you doing when they were in the process of doing my nails. I wouldn't suggest anybody to go there. The service time is horrible. and the service in which I received was not very good at all. read more

I just moved to the area and looking for a great nail salon. I just stopped in without an appointment...waited less than 5 minutes (and they had several customers). I need a new set of acrylics. I am really impressed with the look and feel of the nails. It doesn't feel like a acrylics...they are not thick or too long! Maria's Nails did a great job in customer service, quick response and a great job. I would recommend to anyone and will be going back! read more

I have been here before and got good service, but not today. The lady never looked me in the eyes and only said 2 things to me. She kept looking at her cellphone. I don't expect a lot of conversation but at least a "how are you?" Then she asked for me to pay $24 but went ahead and charged $26. I guess she just adds her own tip. Usually I leave a $7-$10 tip for a pedicure. But this girl didn't deserve even the $2. I can't Maria would even hire someone with this type of personality. Maria was here the whole time. Great place... Been coming here for at least 12 years ( one of few men) and always has had great service with a smile.

WORST mani/pedi I've ever had! The nail beds around my big toes are scabbed on both sides because the lady ripped my skin off. My nails look as though they where painted by a 5 yr old. I do NOT recommend this salon. It definitely wasn't worth the $40. She rushed the mani/pedi and barely spent 40 minutes (40 mins is being generous) total for both services. My wait time was as long as the service time. VERY disappointed and will never return. read more

This is great place to get your nails done if you've never been here before. if you are a regular customer, however, the friendliness and quick service begins to lack. My first few times going to Maria's were a great experience. I received quick service and they added a gel topcoat to my acrylic nails without charge. as I continued to come every 2-3 weeks the service became worse and worse. when someone would walk in that wasn't a regular customer they would stop what they were doing with my nails to assist them. I would wait 15-30 minutes before I received further service. they started charging for the gel topcoat and seemed to get frustrated when I wanted something different then what I normally get. oh and designs are a no from here, I've had one and it was absolutely terrible. I asked them repeatedly to redo it but the design still did not look like the picture I showed them. I would recommend a visit every now and then, but I do not recommend becoming a regular customer here. read more

Don't say that I didn't warn you! I came home after spending $45 on my nails and they looked so bad that I had to return to complain. I didn't get a chance to say anything earlier because I had somewhere I needed to be. When I went back a different technician redid my nails at no charge. I can tell though that they were not happy because there was a lot of chatter in their language to each other. It's rude and disrespectful but expected, still, when you're dealing with a repeat customer I expect a little more sensitivity. By the time she was done with my nails they looked worse and I was bleeding on the sides of my nails from when she vigorously filed into my skin. She ignored the several times I complained that she was hurting me. At this point I was so upset I had to leave but I am owed an apology and my money back! There's literally a nail salon at every corner...save yourself don't go there. read more
