He broke it down and explained that the trees should be taken care of sooner because they were in bad shape, to not risk them falling should we get a big wind/snow storm this winter. He gave me a very reasonable quote and a week and a half later he and a team of 3 people came to took care of 4 trees and a full yard clean up. They were fast and professional. When I was home, I had a large tree cut down in my back yard on June 17. They cut a hole in my vinyl fence with the chain saw. I called the main #781-518-8014 and was told to text pictures. I also emailed the pics to eastcoasttree@outlook.com No one was getting back to me. I called Kevin Yore 781-628-8126 and left a message. He left me a massage on June 30 that he wasn't aware of this and would talk to the boss Tom Fitzpatrick and get this taken care of right away. Yet he saw the pics the day before on email. I have left several messages on the phone and through email almost daily for 3.5 weeks and have gotten no response or resolution. Last month, I had them back out to remove a large pine tree next to my garage and prune the dead stuff off several other trees. County Tree Service is a family owned and operated business. Joe and, his life-long friend (they've been friends longer than I've been alive), Chucky, along w/Joe's son, Bobby, are friendly, professional, hardworking guys. I actually enjoyed hanging around while they worked, and they didn't seem to mind either. All of their vehicles and equipment are clean & well maintained. Speaking of clean, they do a great job cleaning up the yard when they're done. Some of the other services I got quotes from last year stated that they would not remove excess stump grindings, which is a hassle if you don't have a place to dump them on your property. To top it all off, Joe's pricing is very competitive and he stands by his estimates... the price he quotes is what you pay.

Mr. Bolduc showed up on time for the appointment, listened to our needs, and gave us the quote before he left. The office staff did a great job of keeping us informed of when they would be here to do the work. The work crew showed up on time and were friendly and extremely efficient. They spoke with us to confirm what we wanted before starting and made short work of getting set up and moving things out of the way. They even chipped a pile of branches we had collected. :-) We had two large maple trees trimmed back and three trees removed. For the trees they trimmed, they examined each branch before removing it and were very careful about only removing dead/dying branches. Chipping everything as they went. The trimmed trees look great! The trees they took down were in very tight spaces. They were very careful to not damage anything. Our 30-40 foot tall, 80+ year old, mostly dead maple came down in about 45 minutes. Never even came close to our shed that was about 4 feet away from the base of the tree. They were kind enough to cut a slab from the stump for us to keep. They were very safety conscious. Hard hats, ear and eye protection, and the person cutting always made sure everyone was clear before starting the next cut. They were a pleasure to work with, left the yard cleaner than they found it and came in right on target with the quoted price. We would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely hire them again if we need tree work in the future.
