The process has changed a lot now, and I remember the owner who made his denture was very thorough in ensuring he was fully satisfied. He wasn't happy with the new denture at all, and it seems he will continue using his old one for now, even though they offered to reline it free of charge.

He told my relative they needed a tooth pulled and a few cavities filled right away! This is my relative who I care about so I decided to visit him to judge if he was a nice and honest dentist. I was surprised he told him my relative needed a tooth pulled/ multiple cavities filled. But thought I'd visit him to test him out for my relative. Well, he told me I had about 6 cavities that needed filled right away!. The week before I just visited my dentist who said I had no cavities except one small one we needed to remineralize cause it was small so no need to fix it yet. I sent my relative to my dentist who said he needed NO tooth pulled! No tooth pulled. The tooth was healthy. But, he only had one cavity needed filled. Years later...... my relative still hasn't need a tooth pulled. I told my relative to never go back there again. What do you call a dentist who tells a patient that needs to get their tooth pulled when they don't? What do you call a dentist who tells a patient they got to have multiple cavities filled right away when they no not need to get except 1? Dentist can get away with a lot of malpractice when the average person doesn't go to other dentist for a second option. To be fair to him.... they are a lot of crooks in this area. He is not special in this at all. Always go to different dentist for a second option or even when they say you need cavities filled.

They aren't pushy here. Everyone was very nice, and I was in and out in less than an hour, having gotten a cleaning, X-rays, and consultation. The cleaning in particular went fast and painless. I've been to dentists where a routine cleaning feels like being put in the torture chair, but that definitely wasn't the case here. The woman was very nice, considerate, gave good tips on how to improve my brushing, and it was over before I knew it. I usually dread going to the dentist, but I think I'll like it much better here.

Dr. Freyne is so kind and knowledgeable, and you can tell he truly loves his job and cares about his patients. He even does the cleanings himself! They use the most updated and modern technology that makes yearly cleanings much easier. And the view from the exam chairs is so beautiful too! His wife, Cindy, now also offers various skin care services in the office - and she is amazing! Her facials and microderm services are my favorite in the area, and so reasonably priced for the city! While I was lying in the dental chair, I unlocked my phone then doctor took my phone and offered to help me because I was about to have the procedure on my teeth. Although he presented it as assistance, I felt uncomfortable and pressured to comply. He posted reviews without my consent. He spent several minutes using my phone to post reviews about his practice on multiple platforms. In my opinion, patients should never be asked to write reviews while the provider is standing over them, and a provider should never take control of a patient's personal device to post reviews on the patient's behalf. I also referred a friend to the practice. She later told me that while she was undergoing a procedure, reviews were posted from her accounts without her knowledge. Phone was used without her consent, My experience left me feeling that my privacy and autonomy were not respected. Patients should be free to decide whether and when to leave reviews, without pressure or anyone else using their personal devices.
