I officially have my new DC dentist! :D I had my first appointment with Dr. Davoudian today, and he's wonderful. Not only thorough and knowledgeable, he's also friendly and really puts you at ease with his jovial sense of humor. It was also nice to not have a dentist trying to push lots of extras and services on me that I didn't want - like he evaluated the alignment of my teeth, perceived that I'd had braces in the past and possibly a retainer, and while giving me an honest assessment of how my top teeth are more evenly aligned than my bottom teeth, he didn't make a fuss about trying to convince me to get another retainer (as other dentists have tried to do). Honest, thorough, and not pushy - hard to find all of those qualities in a single dental practitioner these days. Dr. Davoudian did my tooth cleaning himself, and his dental assistant Mickey, who is also lovely and a total riot, did my x-rays. I wish I'd caught the name of the receptionist too, because she was also wonderful, really thorough, personable and helpful, and I'd like to give her proper recognition. But I will next time! This was ine of my most pleasant and EFFICIENT dental visits in years, so I am actually looking forward to my follow-up in 6 months! read more

I recommend avoiding this doctor. The doctor is fine but his office staff is terrible. I only requested a cleaning and she charged me for both a cleaning and a 'comprehensive oral evaluation', which I didn't request. The total ended up being $350 and they don't process claims, so you need to pay up front. She also wanted me to schedule an appointment for something the doctor didn't even mention I needed. Been going here for over a decade. Dr. D and Dr. Lee are lovely. Started going here when I was single, now I'm married with kids and my whole family go here. My wife tried other dentists, but she's finally convinced. We're patients for life. I'm reluctant to say this, but I'll say it anyway. The facility isn't the flashiest. I was flossing the evening of April 12 when surprisingly my filling fell out. I was not in pain and called my dentist the next day. I learned that my dentist was overseas but because his assistant recommended Dr D. She called and made an opening for me on April 13th. Following an X-ray he was able to remount the filling that had fallen out. Luckily I brought the filling with me. It was intricately shaped and would have been complicated and time consuming to replace. He was meticulous in repositioning exactly as it was from the day before. I called Dr. Davoudian's office and easily made an appointment for the following week. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist, filled out a few forms, and was seen by a dental hygienist for my x-rays and Dr. Davoudian for my cleaning. He was very gentle and assuring. I'm back with an update... Dr. D. is my favorite dentist's favorite dentist. This man should seriously have his own line of dental products or teeth or something. Before I went back to get my fillings I prayed to God, Zeus, and Dentina the tooth fairy to break the cycle of dentists who try to cut corners by using Dollar Store anesthesia. Dr. D. promised that I would be numb until the following week. He didn't disappoint. He honestly could've taken out my teeth with a spoon and I wouldn't have felt a thing. He didn't have a dental tech or anything else in the room. He did two major fillings and a few smaller ones. I was done in about 35 minutes. My mouth hurt a little after the anesthesia wore off, but two Advil fixed that. The next day I was great. Love this place. read more

How the hell there are good reviews on here is beyond me. I made an appt with Dr. D and unfortunately got the old bait-and-switch; I got Dr. Lee instead. Everyone in the office is friendly, but the facilities are embarrassing. Think of a 1970s family room with a dental chair and old equipment. Not professional at all, and it felt dirty. As for the actual cleaning, it took about 15min (way too short, not thorough, didn't even floss the teeth). Needless to say, my teeth didn't feel clean afterwards. Didn't measure/record gum pocket depths. Didn't check bite/molars. Couldn't adjust my retainer. My entire appt lasted 30min, and that's only bc I had a full mouth scan (btw, old machine, does not have new equipment where you stand for full mouth scan). So the actual "cleaning" portion lasted about 15min tops. Now I should say that I am a dental snob. I've had one dentist (and a damn good one) my entire life before moving out to DC a few years ago. I'm 0 for 3 right now in the District. Anyone who recommends this place has never been to a quality dentist before, and is willing to settle for rushed sub par treatment. If you have insurance, use it and go somewhere worthwhile. read more

This guy is awesome! He shares the office with Dr. Hack also reviewed here with 5 stars. I had a nasty experience with another dentist in foggy bottom (see my Dr. Yousef in Washington Circle review) and Dr. Davoudian just completely put me at ease, told me I had great teeth (contrary to the previous jerks you'll read about in my other review), AND he's holistic. I randomly chose this place from my insurance provider website and when I called, the Secretary was even awesome! She was super nice and understanding when I explained that I was just really burned, needing a second opinion, blah blah, and related to my natural, holistic mentality when she said she used to work for a holistic clinic. So just talking to her made me want to sign up with them immediately. He uses this all natural tea tree oil (of course!) mouthwash that he buys special from a company in Florida which also has toothpaste and a few other things. He's super nice. There were even vanilla scented candles burning in the waiting room!! This was a very pleasant dentist visit and they have a lifelong client out of me. read more

Dr. Davoudian is very friendly and has a great sense of humor, he and his assistants really help put you at ease. I'm not entirely sure why he's listed as a holistic dentist though, because I didn't receive any indication of that. His facilities are a bit lackluster, and the fact that my bitewings were digitally sent to a laptop wasn't particularly reassuring, but whatever! He also rushed through the cleaning, but given that that process is usually pretty uncomfortable and I don't need my mouth to feel so perfectly clean that I leave feeling guilty to eat, I actually somewhat appreciated the abridged version. Now I'm giving him four stars mainly for one reason: HE IS HONEST. That's right, it's actually possible to find a dentist in D.C. who won't lie to you about what you need. The previous two dentists I had gone to told me I needed tons of fillings and one even said I *needed* veneers, which is absurd and kind of like your primary care doctor telling you that you need a boob job. So I appreciated Dr. Davoudian telling me that my teeth were fine and that they'd be in good shape for a long time as long as I took care of them. He also said if I ever win the lottery I should get braces, which seemed to be far more honest than insisting that I get them right away. Granted, a first visit is ridiculously expensive, so I'd only go if you have some good insurance that will help pay. Mine paid 80%, so it was worth it for me. Basically he makes his money on the cleanings and checkups so he doesn't have to lie to you about needing anything else, I guess that's the best we can ask for around here. read more

3.5 stars Came to Dr D for a second opinion after the endodontist we went to did some questionable root canal work @$2400 for one sitting of an hour an a half! Dr D was great, didn't try and push any services. He gave me a cleaning (not the best..was too quick and superficial, hence -1.5 stars) and referred me to Dr Soluti - an endodontist who was great. read more

Nearly my whole life I've had terrible luck with dishonest and irresponsible dentists. I've even gone to a handful or more here in DC over the last 7 years. So I can say with certainty that Dr. Lee is BY FAR the most trustworthy dentist I've ever known. He's younger, extremely friendly and clearly good at his job. He does the cleanings himself, so he knew first hand whether my teeth were in good shape. I hadn't been to a dentist in a year, and had a tiny superficial chip and a small food trap, so I went in there practically ASKING for him to charge me an arm and leg. I figured ALL dentists would have pushed for it. But after making sure there were no cavities, Dr. Lee had the truly remarkable philosophy of "don't fix it, if it's not broken". That is so honest I'm still in disbelief. My mouth is full of fillings from all my old self-serving "better be safe than sorry" dentists. Honestly the best dentist I've probably ever had. Now, please don't fill up his schedule, because my wife and all my friends still have to make appointments. read more

Dr. Dav is great! His office space is a little dated, and reminds me of going to the dentist when I was a little kid, but his technology (digital x-rays and some crazy cool water pick for plaque removal) is top notch. It's a homely little office but I think he's a smart man to spend the money where it is most important instead of throwing money on aesthetics. Don't get me wrong, it was still a nice place, just not gold and marble. He didn't try to sell me on any special products or procedures. He told me my teeth looked great (always nice to hear) and he referred me to an endodontist down the street, when he realized that my mild tooth pain might be beyond his expertise. I really appreciated his candor instead of trying to do it himself and jeopardize the tooth. The cleaning was a little faster than I anticipated- the cleaning itself was as expected but the polishing was a little anticlimactic. But my teeth look just as good as other cleanings - maybe the other dentists have been spending more time than necessary, who knows?? Here are my favorite things about Dr. Dav: 1. free parking in the back of his office (Turn at Van Ness) 2. QUICK service 3. He was honest and to the point 4. Awesome take-home cleaning kit\ 5. Dr D: Are you a lawyer? Me: Um . . .Yes. Dr. D: You clench your teeth. 90% of my patients who clench their are female attorneys. A dentist and a mind reader. And those aren't the only hats he wears. Dr. Davoudian greeted me when I came in and did the cleanings himself. He was very friendly and did a good job of explaining things. At first it did seem like my entire check-up went by too quickly, but things are done efficiently. The x-rays are done in the same room as the cleanings, the xrays come up on the digital screen immediately (my last dentist still uses old school xrays), and there's no waiting like in most offices where you feel like you're bounced from one person to another. While it wasn't the best cleaning I ever had, it was pretty good, and I was happy that as a new patient, I easily got an appointment at 8:15am and I was finished by 9:00am to get to work. The office is right around the corner from me and next to the metro, which are added bonuses. Also, I got a spiffy, well-stocked bag of goodies. My dentist growing up was a really, really good guy. However, his bedside manner left a lot to be desired. Because I am terrified of being lectured and ridiculed, I have put off finding a dentist in DC for an inexcusably long time. I found this office because it is a block and a half away from my apartment, and was pleasantly surprised when they got me in with a cleaning and check-up with Dr. Lee the week I made my appointment. A previous reviewer mentioned it's in dirty rowhouse. That's not really true. It's in a typical rowhouse right next to the Van-Ness Metro, and I found the inside of the office charming and comfortable. It's not slick stainless steel and glass everywhere, it has a much for family dentist feel. Hardly sketchy. My visit was super quick, Dr. Lee was understanding of my dentist aversion, and made me feel good about my decision to finally go by complimenting my brushing. I had no cavities (this can only be explained by divine intervention), but I did make an appointment a week later to have him fix some dental work that wasn't done super well the first time. That appointment was today and he made the repair as painless (literally and figuratively) as possible. When my eyes watered from the Novocaine shot, he joked that he's always making girls cry. I couldn't feel a thing the rest of the visit. The most uncomfortable part was how sore my neck was from being tense about the appointment, and I am so thrilled to have my teeth fixed and looking good! Very sweet staff. I agree with the comments made by Mel B. 4.5 stars from me. He's really really nice and his secretary is nice too. The convenience factor for me based on his location is worth it for me. Loved the digital xray equipment. I felt mildly rushed. Not a big deal at all. (maybe I wasnt rushed, as much as he was just fast). Most likely I just miss my old dentist. I'm torn between 4 and 5 stars. The only reason it's not 5 stars, is when I went for my first cleaning, I was told when I arrived that he was out sick and some other doctor (one I had never heard of, not his partner Dr. Hack) was going to do my cleaning. I'm terrified of dentists and had selected Dr. Davoudian for my first dental visit in years after reading tons of reviews from all sorts of websites, so I was really thrown off and freaked out when I was told at the last minute that someone else was filling in. I mean, I'm glad he wasn't sticking his hands in my mouth when he was sick, but I would have appreciated the office giving me a heads-up ahead of time, so I'd know what to expect (I hate surprises!) or have the option of rescheduling. Anyway, that being said, I love everything else about the office. Dr. Davoudian managed to fill in a cracked old filling, and put a filling in another tooth, all in about 15 minutes, without any sort of numbing medication, and without me feeling a thing! At first I didn't believe him when he told me it was all over. Plus, he's the first dentist to tell me that my wisdom teeth are perfectly okay in my mouth, which is where I think teeth belong. Though getting a cavity filled by him was painless enough, that if need be, the thought of him pulling teeth out of my mouth doesn't terrify me nearly as much as any other dentist doing it. Also, aside from not notifying me when he was out sick, his office staff has been really great. They're always really pleasant and friendly. I recently had to reschedule my cavity-filling appointment just a few hours before I was supposed to be there, due to another medical situation, and they were really great about it, didn't give me a hard time or try to charge me for the missed appointment. And, when I did finally make my rescheduled appointment, I was about 5 or 10 minutes late, and they were super nice about that too. read more

I hate going to the dentist. With that said, Dr. Davoudian is a frickin' dream! I hadn't been to the dentist for about a year, when I made the appointment for a general check-up and cleaning. I had an early appointment for 8:00 a.m. So that I could sneak it in before work. I filled out the new patient information, took dental photos, had a full cleaning, consultation, and was out the door within 30 min. Amazing. Personality wise, Dr. Davoudian is lovely. He's funny and warm and never condescending or preachy. He asked if I brushed and flossed regularly and I said absolutely on the brushing and, meh, kind of on the flossing. He smiled and said that no one really flosses like they should and that it was okay but to start doing it more regularly. Mm-hmm, no guilt trip please. I would rate 4.5 stars I had a very good experience with this dentist. He is part of a group of holistic dentists, which I had never heard of. They are very careful with the health of the patient all the way through the process. I was having mercury fillings replaced. On their recommendation, I took chlorella (blue/green algae) and garlic pills a month prior to my filling removal. The algae helps to remove mercury from your body. During the procedure, they had extra equipment in there to ensure that mercury was not swallowed or inhaled. He is friendly and his assistant is pleasant. read more

I've been going to Dr. Lee for, I suppose, a couple years, and I would recommend him. You get in and out of there fast, really record speed for any sort of medical office. Dr. Lee cleans your teeth faster probably than other dentists, but that's not the only reason. Mostly there's just very little waiting around. I've always arrived on time or a few minutes early, and my appointment starts as soon as I get there or as soon as I've filled out any paperwork. They clearly don't overbook appointments. Also, because the dentist is the one performing the cleaning, you don't have to wait around for the dentist to check your teeth after a dental hygienist does the cleaning. Dr. Lee is also very friendly. My least favorite thing about going to my hometown dentist was I felt like the dental hygienist and dentist were always giving me a hard time about something. Dr. Lee will give you feedback on your teeth and dental hygiene and is happy to answer questions, but I don't feel like I'm in big trouble and in for a long lecture every time I go in for a cleaning. read more

Dr. D is an amazing dentist. If you live in the DC Metro area, you should consider visiting Dr. D's office for a cleaning. Dr. D is extremely professional and honest. I first visited Dr. D because I had lost a filling. I told him I was in pain and I wanted to take care of this ASAP. He saw me that day, and promptly diagnosed me. I told him I didn't have insurance because I was a student at American university. Without batting an eye, he gave me a student discount. In addition to being very kind, Dr. D was very enthusiastic and happy. I could tell he really enjoys being a dentist. Dr. D's office uses modern equipment (e-X-rays, takes digital pictures of your teeth, etc) and the office was extremely clean. Moreover, the office is very cozy, which takes the edge off. The office is also located a block away from the metro. Overall I give Dr. D 5 star service, pricing, friendliness, and professionalism. read more

Great office/practice! Armed with new dental insurance and due for a six-month cleaning, I decided to give this office a try. I was definitely swayed by both the positive reviews on Yelp and the fact that the office is just around the corner from my apartment in Van Ness. Plus, when I called to schedule an appointment, I was able to get an early one (8:40am) within a reasonable amount of time (no waiting weeks and weeks and/or having to take an entire afternoon off from work is always a plus!). And, the receptionist was super friendly, which is usually a good sign. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted by Dr. Davoudian himself, who gave me the new patient paperwork to complete. The receptionist arrived shortly after, and she helped me with all the paperwork/insurance stuff and answered my questions about my dental insurance (my first time using it). The reception/waiting area and medical areas were clean, well-lit, and modernized. There is a TV in the waiting area, along with a good selection of magazines and the obvious dental-related literature. The office is basically a converted row house, so there is something a little homey/quaint/wonky about it, but I thought it was pretty well done (this was not my first time in a house-turned-medical office situation). They definitely have all the modern equipment and technology, including the whole x-rays-directly-to-laptop thing. The exam rooms also have TVs you can watch while your teeth are being cleaned (I know this is a pretty standard amenity these days). I didn't have to wait very long at all before being called back to one of the exam rooms. Since this was my first visit, the hygienist/technician took a full set of x-rays, which all went just fine. After, Dr. Lee came in and introduced himself, asked me if I had any concerns/problems with my teeth, and went over the x-rays (No new cavities! Hooray!). He took the time to address my concerns/answer my questions about possibly getting a night-guard fitted (I apparently have started grinding my teeth while I sleep, as my former dentist pointed out earlier this year...), showed me an example of a custom-made one, discussed the pros/cons of a custom-made one versus a store-bought one, etc. I liked that he didn't try to push the custom-made (and obviously way more expensive) option on me but instead just set out all the facts so I could decide for myself. I was very surprised that Dr. Lee did the cleaning himself. I've been to maybe 4-5 different dentists in my lifetime, and I've never had the actual dentist do the cleaning (always the hygienist). Maybe they were short a hygienist that day, I don't know. It was just totally unexpected. Regardless, I thought Dr. Lee did a good/thorough job, though I will say that my teeth didn't feel quite as clean as they did after cleanings at my former dentist's office. Still, I was satisfied with the cleaning. The mouthwash rinse at the end was a nice finishing touch. I'm not sure what brand/kind it was, but it had a nice, somewhat tea-like feel/taste to it. They also give you the obligatory new toothbrush, as well as travel-size floss and toothpaste, in a cute little plastic zippered container. Insurance-wise, the receptionist seems very well-versed in the details of the various insurance plans the office accepts. When I asked about the cost of having a night-guard made, she was able to quickly call up the price quote on her computer. Since I was only there for a six-month cleaning, which thankfully my insurance covers in full, I didn't have to fill out any claim or supplemental forms, which was great. So long as my dental insurance remains the same and I keep my current apartment, I will definitely be staying with this dental practice! read more

Went here because it was covered under my insurance and got good reviews. I'm happy to say I was happy. I had Dr. Lee--so did hubby--and he did a good, thorough job. I really liked the camera, and he was very practical. I thought everyone there was very nice. The only downside is that it is very hard to get there from my apt because I have to take 2 buses, and the second bus, the H8 is crappy, and only comes every 30-45 minutes. read more

I had an 8am appointment (first of the day) and when I walked in at 7:55 Dr. Dav welcomed me and showed me how to fill out the patient history form. They get extra points for having a nice waiting room :-) I had x-rays taken by a really nice hygienist, and then Dr. Dav did the cleaning himself. Only took about 20 minutes so I was skeptical that it went so fast, but my teeth feel nice and clean so maybe he's just efficient. As other Yelpers have said, you do get a nice goodie bag with dental treats. Will definitely return. read more

I'm writing this email at 1:25pm, 25 minutes after my appointment started at 1pm...As somebody who has always been dentist-phobic, I didn't think it was possible to find a dentist who was thorough, friendly, non-gum-probing, and got you in and out of the door in 20 minutes! Dr. Davoudian opened my eyes (and mouth) to a whole new world of dentistry. My first check-up/cleaning was streamlined and easy: I emailed the desk my dental insurance card once I arrived (don't worry about having a hard copy!), filled out some quick paperwork, and was escorted back to the exam room. They even had a TV in there! They do x-rays and clean your teeth all in the same room. Maybe it's that I haven't been to the dentist since the Stone Age, but I've never seen the new high-tech dental x-ray machines where the images pop up on the screen in front of you immediately! Dr. Davoudian himself cleaned my teeth--he did a fantastic job and didn't cause any pain! What a relief. I never thought that I'd be raving about a dentist to anyone, but here I am. Dr. Lee is the best. He is always honest about what you need and what you don't. I really like this about the practice, I dont feel that I am being taken in for treatments I dont need. That really stood out to me about this practice. When I had a tooth emergency and a really bad toothache that of course always starts at midnight, i called the nice guy at reception the next morning and he was able to squeeze me in that day although Dr Lee was super busy. For anyone that has suffered from aches in the tooth, you know how much that means. He gave me medicine and fixed my tooth later. Another thing I really liked is he DOES not lecture you on how bad your teeth are specially as he is cleaning them so you cant really talk back! that really used to annoy me about my previous dentist. He would bad mouth my teeth saying things like you dont floss, etc, I am floss crazy, but could not talk back. Pleasant, excellent manners and just an excellent dentist. My only thing about this place is how outdated it is. Dr Lee's office is really nice and modern. But the Xray room is kinda from the 1970's! the place could use a modern makeover in the reception area. read more

This guy is a hack! An absolute hack! I went to Dr. Davoudian for a cleaning and to fix a broken tooth. I felt compfortable going to him because of the positive reviews, but boy was I wrong. First of all, his practice is in a dirty rowhouse with "exam rooms" divided by paper thin walls. It was like being in some back alley Soviet doctor's office in the movies where the doctor swigs whiskey before operating. Dr. Davoudian came in, barely said hello and then proceeded with my exam without even discussing my X-rays or his procedure. He barely spent time cleaning my teeth at all (I think about 10 minutes) and when he was done, immediately because filling my tooth like it was dry wall. Now, I have had several cavities in my life and I know the common practice is too numb the tooth (no novacaine) and drill a bit to remove any other dead enamel. he just started filling the hole and didn't even drill or shape the tooth. He then explained that this was temporary becuase I'd probably need a crown sometime soon and I should go get a second opinion (the only sound piece of advice he offered). I left the exam feeling dissatisfied and became even more upset when the "temporary filling" came out. I called him immediately and he suggested coming back in for another "temporary filling." I declined and will find a real dentist to actually fix the problem. If I could give him 0 stars and a malpractice lawsuit, I would. This guy is awful! read more

Dr Davoudian is a hack, I can't speak to the quality of Dr Lee. The first time I saw him it was okay. When I last saw him 6 months ago my entire appointment lasted 14 minutes. I was given xrays and my teeth were "cleaned". I only know the exact time because I was on the phone when I got there and I sent a text after I left in shock. I waited until I saw a new dentist to write this review. I now have several budding cavities that I did not have before. Despite having a thorough routine at home. I have had dentists look at my insurance when they open up my file, their body language will visibly change while i see them mentally calculating what additional services my insurance will cover and then rattle off a list of items i really should do and the $200+ tooth brush that i should buy. All while I sit in their chair with the million dollar view and the option to listen to an iPod to drown out the scraping and cleaning, Pass. Dr. Lee is awesome. I've never had to wait. in and out in less than 30m. Dr. Lee has a cheerful, positive attitude and you can tell he loves his job. Super professional while still being super relatable and human! I love how he tells me that I DON'T need whitening and other additional services. While he will occasionally make small talk during cleanings, it's appropriate and he doesn't ask questions just to fill in the silence. I actually enjoy just being able to concentrate on not concentrating!! Their tech is really professional, nice and polite too! You just feel really taken care of, un-rushed, and not over-sold at Dr. Lee's! read more

This office reminds me of the neighborhood doctors office from my childhood. Not fancy, but has everything you need for a successful visit. Everything is cleaned and organized and the staff are welcoming! The doctor is efficient, nice and practical. Great hours also! read more

I was on Vacation and staying at the Omni Shoreham. Woke up on my third day of vacation. One of my teeth was really hurting me. And I've been hurting for three days. So I did a Google search and yelp search and Dr Davoudian name kept coming up. Since it was a Friday morning and I was kind of out of options I gave him a shot. He is an amazing dentist I have to get a root canal but he broke the news to me easily and explained my options. He gave me the names of a few guys who could do the work and was very reassuring. I hadn't been to the dentist in several years due to multiple moves, graduate school, and a growing anxiety about what might be wrong with my face. Contributing to this was that with each six months that passed, I was dreading a lecture from the dentist. I couldn't have been more pleased with Dr. Davoudian and his staff. He noted that I hadn't been to the dentist in several years and said to make sure to come back in six months, but was friendly and treated me like an adult. He was respectful of my time - I arrived early to fill out paperwork, and as soon as I had finished it, they allowed me to go in and get my cleaning done, nearly half an hour early. He was friendly and made sure to check in with me multiple times throughout the cleaning to ensure that I was not in any pain. As others have said on their reviews, the cleaning was pretty quick, but it was honestly extremely thorough. I was a bit concerned because I've only ever been to my family dentist otherwise and thought that perhaps it would be a different or more invasive cleaning. I am confident that he did a great job and can say that it was probably better than my childhood dentist. Finally, and of big importance to me, everyone at the office was treated with tremendous respect. The doctors, assistants, x-ray technicians, and receptions were extremely kind to each other and had a wonderful rapport. Everyone was happy to work there and very friendly to the patients and each other, and I could tell that this was a place that operated ethically and respectfully, which is important to me. I went for a consultation for my wisdom teeth - I was told they needed to be removed. I show up 10 minutes early for my appointment in anticipation for paperwork. The door is locked, the doorbells don't work, and nobody is answering the phone (I called twice). Finally, 15 minutes later the whole staff shows up with lunch in hand and unlocks the door. I fill out the paperwork but the woman working at the front desk had a problem with my insurance card. It is student insurance and under the name of my husband, but I am included in his plan. She became very aggressive and defensive and said that I wouldn't receive any discounts/benefits because my insurance card isn't in my name. She continued to be rude throughout the entire visit. Finally I saw Dr. Lee - who is very nice and was not rude. Instead of taking x-rays of my mouth to see the status of my wisdom teeth (since apparently they don't have the appropriate technology to do so), he manually looked. He was helpful, however, in suggesting another specialized dentist. Overall, entirely unimpressed with this office. It seems outdated technology wise and the staff (with the exception of the actual dentist) is unprofessionally rude. I will not be going here again! read more
