We visited on Easter Day and the chocolatiers were hard at work. One of the cashiers helped me. She had great English and described the chocolates to me (they were all listed in French). I ended up ordering the 16 pack. I wanted to go with the larger one but they are a bit pricey. I chose mostly chocolates that I've seen before, ones with pale syrup, or coriander, etc. I did see that they had sesame and got that one. Sesame chocolate it so delicious! I just opened the box. I bought them 4 days again and they still in perfect condition, as if I bought them today. The chocolate was made perfectly and they taste phenomenal! As it was quite early for me, I just had a hot chocolate (which by the way, was one of the BEST hot chocs I have had) made with pure melted chocolate and topped with marshmallows. I devoured this whilst gazing out into the brightly-lit mountainous landscape - it honestly felt as if I was at a skiing lodge. The shop itself is in an unassuming location in Rosemont, and it is sparkling clean. The chocolates are aesthetically beautifully, and made from the best ingredients. You can see them handmaking the chocolate in the back room from the window. I am sad they are only open a few days a week, I should have stocked up.
