I have been a patient for a few years. Was having a problem with my vision as well as with my glasses. I called in Apr but the soonest they could get me in was Jun at Marietta location so I confirmed it. 4 days prior to the appointment date they called me and cancelled because the Dr was on vacation. Re-booked for the next soonest availability in July at Canton location. Two days prior they called again to cancel due to double booking! Offered to re-book for Aug. I'm clearly going to find another eye clinic! read more

They require you to take testing that you have already taken so they can maximize their revenue from the insurance companies'. One doctor I seen was more like a used car salesman, only cared if you would select the offered "optional" procedures. Did not want to answer questions. These are my opinions. read more

Dr. Ho. Slow, unprofessional . Never again. Arrived at 1:15 pm for a 1:55 pm. Diabetic eye exam. Three people arrived as I was still waiting to be called back. Called to the back at 2:30pm. Diabetic Eye exam took 15 minutes with Tech. Tech advised the Doctor would be in approximately 15 minutes. The Tech never returned . 45 minutes later the 'Dr" came in and asked if I was ready to leave as I had opened the door to find out where the restroom was. I replied yes. He then told the Tech 'give her nothing' and I was escorted to the front desk. The front desk young ladies were professional as well as the Tech. 'Dr. Ho was rude condesending and never even offered an apology. I will not tolerate disrespect from anyone. Even a"doctor. read more

Went here he had cracack surgery and it was a breeze... He's already seeing good just in two days no pain or complaining about anything. Dr. Ho is on the job I would trust him Todo what has to be done. They are friendly when u go to the back , care about you and listen to any questions u have to ask never to fast they really care about what you're going threw. I love this clinic up until this month, August 2022 due to one extremely rude employee here. Sonya in the contact lense department has 0 customer service skills. She was incredibly rude to me over the phone. She spoke over me the entire time and then hung up on me when I repetitively asked to her quit speaking over me. Funny thing is, one of my friends was actually in the clinic that day and witnessed her speaking to me that way over the phone. Avoid her at all costs. She's toxic. read more

I came to the Windy Hill office for a follow-up appointment (see review of Powder Springs location). Since this location is only 1 mile from my work, I figured I would not be gone longer than an hour, if that. Ha, wishful thinking! I waited for an hour to be seen. My time with the doc, Dr. Johnson, was 5 minutes at best. She looked at my eye, said to continue with the prescribed drops and come back in a week. When I was scheduling the next appointment I told the receptionist I would like an appointment time that didn't require me to wait an hour to be seen. Her response was "that is how we schedule". Obviously, the healing of my eye is serious business so I made my appointment and came back the following week. True to her word, I experienced the same hour wait for a 5 minute visit with the ophthalmologist. I liked Dr. Johnson. She was very professional. However, experiencing the long wait each visit at two different locations tells me they over schedule and are not considerate of their patient's time. Hello, my time is valuable too! read more

After three different exams they could still not give me an accurate contact prescription. I finally gave up and decided not to go back for a 4th visit. I also had a glasses prescription from them that I had to use last minute while traveling and had broken my glasses. That prescription was also incorrect so ended up wearing my broken glasses the rest of the trip because at least I could see with them. At that point I decided I wanted a refund because I spent my insurance and my own money and received absolutely nothing in return, plus I had paid for useless glasses. I called for months asking for them to make it right and refund my money but each time they told me someone from the "business office" would call me back. I went to this clinic on March 23rd, 2018 and today is May 7th, 2018 and I still have not received the right prescription for my contact lens. They made me go back few times and they said that they will try to find the right contact and I needed to wait for the order in 10 days, after 10 days we reached out to them and they said that they forgot about it and need additional 8 days to get the pair of contact. DONT GO TO THIS CLINIC IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE SCREWED UP, ESPECIALLY AFTER YOU PAID THEM WITH YOUR INSURANCE. read more

I've been here a few times and each and every time the people are as nice as they can be. Today the technicians made sure I was comfortable I threw my back out and was in a little bit of pain. They got me in performed the test needed and had me see the doctor. I was in and out in under 45 minutes. From my experience with doctors that's Warp speed. But, I wasn't rushed in and out if you know what I mean. Crystal the technician was super she did all of the test she needed and joked with me and was a very pleasant lady. When Dr. Cherof came in it was the exact same thing professional but not stuffy. I had a couple of questions she answered them made sure I was ok with everything and assured me I wouldn't have to have a seeing eye dog for a very long time. LOL they even took the time to see where my prescriptions were filled even though I've never had one from their office. If you live in east Cobb these are the folks to see. read more

The customer service here is exceptional! I went here looking for frames 1 hour to close and all of the women were so willing to assist and went above and beyond to make sure I left with a great pair of glasses. Glenda helped me and she was so amazing. I didn't feel rushed at all. I honestly felt like they were family helping me select a cute frame! I had already done my routine eye exam somewhere else before discovering this place. I would absolutely go here next time. You honestly can't top their customer service. I've been coming to this eye clinic for years and have always had a great experience when I visit. Staff works great together to get you in and out. A couple of weeks ago I ran out of contacts, my prescription was expired and I needed some contacts fast for a wedding I was going to. Staff was very accommodating and understanding and provided me with a sample pack of contacts to last me trip!! I bought prescription glasses from this clinic a little over a year ago and during my most recent visit, I mentioned the scratches I had on my glasses and was wondering if they were warranted. My warranty had JUST expired for the glasses however, they took the glasses and told me they would take care it for me and it would be ready in a week!! Highly recommended!!!!!!!! read more

If you are looking for a friendly professional and knowledgeable staff which speak to you as a adult, this is it! If you are looking for quick service and great explanation of everything that is going on this is it! if you are looking for a positive experienced with an optometrist that you can't stop talking about, this is it! I had my appointment on Monday, used VSP and since I only need 1 contact I was out the door with only my co-pay. On Tuesday the year supply of my contacts were in my mailbox. Today I had the pleasure of being seen at this practice. It was so darn refreshing to have such a low-stress and professional experience from each member of the staff I interacted with. The front desk gave a coloring book and stickers to my toddler, the nurse was extremely thorough and patient and Dr. Wener was top notch. Early reviews of the Windy Hill office were outstanding. My initial Dr. Robert Wener was great and helpful. My experiences with the Contact Lens and Glasses departments were awesome. I was pleased to refer new patients to this clinic, and did so! Jump forward to having an eye issue. I was seen and scheduled a repeat visit for the following week. After arriving to see Dr. Brandy Augustine, I was kept waiting for over an hour. I finally got up to leave. In the hall, she said "I was just coming in to see you". I explained that I had been waiting for over an hour and had other commitments. O.K. No apology, nothing. I said it was time for me to find another eye Dr. The response "Here, sign this, you'll need it for us to send your records to another Dr." The sad part is, I was referred to this clinic as "one of the best in the city." If I could rate the Contact/Glasses team separately from the rest of the clinic, I would give them five stars. They are awesome! I woke up one day with blurred vision and seeing bugs flying around in my right eye. I went to the eye dr I usually go to and she didn't know what was wrong. She sent me to Marietta Eye Clinic. Turned out I had a retinal detachment. Dr. K did laser on me that same day and saved my sight. I don't care how long I have to wait to be seen, I will always come back here for my eye exams. read more

Dr. Wener has been my eye doctor for years. I live closer to the big Marietta branch which was nice, but usually involved a lot of waiting. The Windy Hill office is small. Wait times are a minimum for all phases of the eye exam. The staff are friendly and efficient. And Dr. Wener is a very good no nonsense doctor with a likeable manner. read more
