I purchased two large number balloons and 10 individual balloons, which came out to almost $60. As soon as I walked out of the store, two of the balloons popped. I was in a rush, so I didn't have time to go back in. Then, within 30 minutes of arriving at my destination, one of the number balloons had completely deflated. After checking it, I noticed it had a small tear. At that point, I was already too far to go back, but it was frustrating considering how much I spent. I honestly wish I had just ordered from Amazon instead. The store itself didn't help the experience either. It was messy, unorganized, and felt cluttered walking in. The decorations were very outdated and not what I expected--especially for something like a retirement setup. The employees were just okay. There was a lot of side conversation going on instead of helping customers, although I will say one gentleman who assisted me was helpful and professional. I'm not someone who usually leaves one-star reviews or asks for refunds, but I wouldn't recommend this place--even for last-minute decorations.

I ordered all of my main balloon decorations from Amore USA - the Diamond Bride Room decor, a balloon garland, and 2 balloon bouquets. They were all STUNNING! If you're planning a bachelorette, the Diamond Bride Room package is 1000% worth it and a must. Service is 10/10 - amazing! I had a lot of worries and questions while finding balloon specialists, but what really stood out to me was how responsive they were over text. All my questions were answered, they provided advice to me on what length the balloon garland would fit best in the hotel room I had, and were extremely kind and patient throughout the ordering process. I also love how the payment process works. You pay a certain percentage deposit first, and then day of the set up, you pay the remaining amount, which is exactly what I was looking for when searching for balloon specialists.
