That was really the main reason because I am really into that sort of thing but after our meeting they offered me and my fiancé at the time a package deal I could not refuse. I just kept calling lol. They do events every week so my best advice and this is from the owner himself, keep reaching out. Other than that I would recommend Ryan and his team to anyone. They are professionals at what they do but take care of you as family. As I Said me and my wife were still in school and working so there were actual times I missed payments and Ryan worked with me. I ordered all of my main balloon decorations from Amore USA - the Diamond Bride Room decor, a balloon garland, and 2 balloon bouquets. They were all STUNNING! If you're planning a bachelorette, the Diamond Bride Room package is 1000% worth it and a must. Service is 10/10 - amazing! I had a lot of worries and questions while finding balloon specialists, but what really stood out to me was how responsive they were over text. All my questions were answered, they provided advice to me on what length the balloon garland would fit best in the hotel room I had, and were extremely kind and patient throughout the ordering process. I also love how the payment process works. You pay a certain percentage deposit first, and then day of the set up, you pay the remaining amount, which is exactly what I was looking for when searching for balloon specialists. Trust me, they want you to have the best experience possible and really care about their clients. The balloon garland fell 1 day after it was set up (not because of their work but because of the material of the hotel's wall) and upon texting them the next day, they came to re-set everything up, even adding MORE balloons because of the way the garland had to be repositioned, and went above and beyond by helping hang up the other decorations that fell without me having to ask them. No complaints there. The girl that we were dealing with named Nicole seemed hot and cold. For myself, she seemed very accommodating.
