Which confused me because I am a grown adult and after the call was over there was definitely no need for him to be on that. She was extremely rude throughout the entire call; would speak over me, and her tone made me feel very small and made my questions feel very stupid, while all I was trying to do was understand what her process is what her team does and how they drive outcomes. At the end of the two hour call, she went right into getting me to buy the service and when I asked her if I could have time to think about it, she recommended that I don't and that I sign up because most people who think about it, don't move forward. Obviously everyone's situation is different but she advised a protocol for me after not looking at any lab results and knowing very little history (only what I told her). It was shocking that she would advise on a protocol after not seeing any of my recent test or lab results, I could have been lying for all she knew ... So it seemed odd that she felt so confident in giving a solution that she stated may or may not work when not seeing any actual past health information or results. And when I asked how we would be able to measure results, she would repeatedly tell me "I can't guarantee any results. I can't tell you if it's gonna work you just have to try it. I can't advise you anything, I'm not your doctor". If you are taking medicine for an issue I would not recommend coming to her.

Been coming here every Friday for over a year. These last few months I've had nothing but issues…read moreusing the REEF brand. First I get 3.5g and the bag is missing 2g? How is that even possible ? Last week I get 7g from the same brand and 3.5g has mold spores all over the nugs, absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. Talked to the manager and they said there's nothing they can do for me and that even though these issues are rare it does happen... ok? So if you know that you should help your loyal customers. This was the last time I come to this dispensary. If the product isn't dry or short it has mold so beware.
