We have used Marin Car Service 5 times: three pick ups in Mill Valley to SFO and two pick up at SFO to Mill Valley. Drivers show up 5-15 minutes before scheduled pick up. Vehicles are immaculate, drivers are professional. SFO pick up was GREAT; we called upon landing and then exited and got picked up on the curb less than two minutes later! The second SFO pick up was for my 80 year old mother-in-law traveling alone. Brian was great and took care of her and made her travel worry free. All details are handled via email with prompt reply and confirmation. You don't need to worry about delayed flights as they are monitoring your flight details. We will never take the Airporter again. Really a great service. My driver was terrific (kind, courteous, etc) and the vehicles were modern, comfortable, and clean. However, what really set this service apart is how easy it made my travel (I had service to and from SFO). My return from LAX was delayed by 3 hours. Not one worry...when I deplaned at 11:30PM instead of the original 8:30PM, the driver was there waiting for me (shout out to Kiko!). Incredible, could not be more pleased. read more

Our driver was prompt, professional, and the SUV was clean. He arrived early at the restaurant to pick us up and waited patiently for us to finish up. The drive into San Francisco was relaxing and fun. Getting dropped off right outside the theater (and not having to walk through dirty & somewhat scary parts of SF) was great. He was ready and waiting when we arrived in the wee hours of Saturday morning and drove us from SFO to Marin. More expensive than Marin Door to Door but supremely better service.
