Rented an executive sprinter van for a special occasion birthday. Price competitive with other providers. They provided photos of all their vans options, executive, jet, and limo. Before the event, they suggested that the Jet might be better for our social outing and we switched to it for no charge. Driver Sodo arrived on site 30 minutes early (no charge) to ensure we would leave in time. He helped me set up and briefed me on the features. The AppleTV and Internet access were fun, as we streamed YourTube the whole trip and shared photos from our iPhone. TVs on both ends of the van so you could see not matter which way you faced. We arrived on time to the event and had a great ride. We had some problems with the technology, including loss of audio and stuttering on the way back, but rather than stop to get it fixed we decided to talk instead. The tech works well but can have issues. If the tech matters, have a plan for support if it fails. I'm sure we could have had if fixed if we asked but we didn't bother. read more

I highly recommend MGL! Their communication is top notch! My son and his 3 female friends took the ferry to SF for their senior prom and I had booked MGL to pick them up so they didn't have up worry about waiting on an uber in the cold. MGL let me know who their driver was, with a picture, phone number, license plate, make and model of the luxury vehicle picking them up. I was notified when the driver was on his way, when he arrived, when the passengers were in the car, and when they were dropped off. It was amazing. They had the absolute best prices too. When I initially called to ask about the driver's wait time (which was 10 minutes) the lady that answered the phone was not very knowledeable so I wished she was so I could have made a more informed decision about the pick up time during booking. Rented them for 2 days for our company outing. Day 1 was a disaster with the AC in the vehicle not working properly to cool the vehicle. We emailed and complained and nothing was done to address the issue. The drivers are courteous but disappointed at the vehicle received. The company still have yet to reach out to discuss. I used MGL for the first time (in September) - to pick me up from SFO. I asked that the driver pick me up at the baggage claim, so that I can get help with my suitcase. Begi was there waiting and we walked together to his immaculately clean car (no smoke or fragrance smells either!) in the parking lot. He was courteous, friendly, and we had a lovely chat about my visit to Mongolia. I will definitely use them again (and request Begi if possible). The process to book a round trip pickup to/from the airport was so easy. The communication was great and included confirmation of my reservation, a reminder of my pick ups, 24 hour advance confirmation with my driver name, and text messages stating that my driver was on his way. I can't recommend this company enough! We had the pleasure of taking the limo style sprinter up to Napa with Uka, who was helpful, professional, and punctual. We ended up extending the trip and needing to make last minute stops to pick up folks and the driver was kind and adaptive.
