We live out in the country, and have a long fenced driveway which we keep locked to keep weirdos out and due to a surge of home invasions. The night after the first harassing phone call an old lady climbed through my locked ranch gate with multiple big "No Trespassing" signs posted and knocked on my door. My porch also has a "No Trespassing" sign posted. She claimed she didn't see any of the posted signs. I asked her if she could give me the subpoena (my husband wasn't home) and she demanded to know where my husband was. I'm not going to tell trespassing strangers who have harassed me on the phone for two days that my husband isn't home. The old woman ended up leaving the deposition subpoena on my porch. Why couldn't she just give it to me in the first place? No they had to harass me over a period of two days while my husband is away working. The old woman broke trespassing laws. She didn't immediately leave after I notified her she was trespassing. She walked around my porch and peeked into my kitchen windows like a stalker. The people working for this company have ZERO people skills and aren't afraid to break the law. My husband wasn't fighting the subpoena, he just was not home because he's working.

It took you 6 days to tell us you cannot accommodate our request knowing a life was at risk. 6 days you took our money and for 6 days you waited to tell us you could not accommodate our requests. Within those 6 days I could hired a professional company who would have said from the start yes or no. You choose to wait 6 days. 6 days to say no. And yes my gut feeling did and does feel you know the person. No length of response from you will change my opinion of this company.
