I hired Kraig recently to serve a particularly slippery defendant, whom the Sheriff's Dept had failed to successfully serve for the original small claims case. I had to serve him again for a hearing that would lead to a bank levy, and I wasn't able to use the same friend who had served the small claims paperwork (the court required professional service for this), but from that, I knew a strategy that would work. I called around to several professional process servers, and while Kraig was the most expensive, he seemed like the most capable, and very willing to be creative about serving the papers. Within a day or two, Kraig successfully served the papers with no headaches or extra work on my part. Plus, I didn't mind the expense, since the defendant had already lost and was going to have to pay. Maybe there's cheaper options out there, but if you want to make sure your papers get served, no headaches, Kraig's your guy. I explained him the difficulty of my case since I was taking to court a professional scammer and how hard was to find this person's address, he guaranteed me he had the resources and data to find the address, PI etc, he was nice, kind and empathetic on the phone, he was a great seller, right away he emailed me very pushy asking my credit card on a Saturday. Monday morning he sent me a report that you can easily find online where he even added address to report I gave to him.
