Luckily I have extended health care coverage so I don't even have to pay every year that I go for my eye check-up. My scheduled appointments are always on time compared to my previous optometrist which is another reason why I prefer going here instead. Dr. Lisa Lo doesn't rush my eye exams and ensures my eyes are thoroughly checked. She's also the closest optometrist in the area that sells the I-Drop Pur Gel. If you are looking for an optometrist, I would highly recommend Dr. Lisa Lo.

It was well worth it! The office also sells glasses at a reasonable price. I was able to get my frames with the necessary coatings. Jen the receptionist was quite helpful in helping me choose the right frames for my head! I would so recommend this office, based on the experience I've had. The receptionist, Monica, was with a patient and said that she would call me back. I realized shortly after that the office closed at 1pm so I didn't expect a call today. However, Monica called at 2:13pm. Over an hour after they were closed. If that isn't the epitome of customer service and patient care, I don't know what is.
