I had my seasonal park trailer cleaned by Marina Cleaning Services. Firstly, my inquiry was responded to promptly. An appointment was made for an estimate and cleaning services were scheduled. All appointments were kept in a timely fashion. The 3 person crew arrived on time and did an outstanding job. They brought their own supplies and products, and surpassed my expectations. They were courteous, professional and thorough. I had received an accurate estimate of time and cost. I look forward to Marina Cleaning Services helping me keep my seasonal home in tip-top condition. The service Marina provides is OUTSTANDING. The employees are very courteous and responsible . Since I rent my house out the turnover time to clean between guests is limited. They work fast and pay attention to detail. I'm extremely satisfied with their service and feel I've finally found a cleaning company I can rely on. read more

I would only recommend that you DO NOT hire this company!!! They came to my home to bid the job and said they charge by the hour (very unusual) which I've never had a company do in all my years of having house cleaners. In addition they have the wackiest billing system. They charge an hourly rate per girl and then multiply the rate per hour for each girl. So basically if they send 3 girls and it takes 2 hours they bill you the hourly rate by 6 hours.....crazy!!! None the less they gave me an estimate on how long it should take each time. The first time they sent 3 girls and the cost was right around what they estimated. The second time they were to come I got a text that they went to my home and it was locked. They obviously went to the wrong house because my front door was unlocked and the garage was open for I had contractors working in the garage. Normally, I wouldn't mind but I had guests coming the next day. I called Marina and she had all kinds of excuses and quite frankly made me feel that I was in the wrong. When I asked her if it was the same "team" of cleaners that she sent to my house she said "no"......obviously the girls didn't know where they were to be. Interesting point too is the company claims they almost always send the same "team". Anyhow, they came three more times (a different "team" each time) sometimes two girls, sometimes three girls. I was billed again for the 2nd and 3rd service on one invoice and I couldn't believe it!! My second cleaning was almost twice as much as the first and the third visit was about $30 less than the first.....wth!! When I emailed and called the owner she told me there was a mistake in the invoicing.....she didn't charge me enough for the third visit. Are you kidding me!! She said the second visit was more expensive because it took longer than the first. She claimed they didn't have time to do a thorough cleaning the first time. I told her that the house was no cleaner the second time than the first! Marina Cleaning Service is very inconsistent with the the amount of time it takes to clean and billing. The owner Marina was not an easy person to deal with and didn't want to take any responsibility for not showing up, poor billing and overcharging. Claiming they do their very best to send the same "team" each week is absolute nonsense. It's no wonder they can't be consistent with the time it should take to clean your home with different cleaners each time. And who is comfortable having different people in and out of your house each time, especially when they strongly recommend that you aren't home while they clean! read more

Owner Marina came to America 17 years ago from Russia to find her path.She believes she can bring something special and unique to every customer. Marina is mom of 2 wonderful girls. She understands how busy and chaotic life can get. And how important is to know, that after busy day at work or even just staying home with your kids, that you will find your home clean and fresh. One less thing you need to worry about and spend more time with your family. Also, Catrina is our amazing manager, who will take care of you in case Marina is busy, serving other clients.

I wish there were ten stars !! I would give them a ten!! Have used this company for five years in a seasonal manner. They always make time for me. They are very efficient, extremely thorough and totally capable. Their biggest challenge was three years years ago when I had a large gathering of mice take up residence for the winter and have the run of the house. I returned to a huge disaster. One phone call and Marina's girls came running. The huge mess did not phase them in the least. They even happily peeled me off the ceiling. They dug in and the house was spotless in a jiffy. I can't say enough about how wonderful this service is. Gives me tremendous peace of mind to know I can count on them for all of my cleaning needs. This year they will be coming the whole year round as I have a relative moving in. That was the condition to let them move in-- have to keep the cleaning people !!! After a string of unreliable experiences with individual cleaners, I was delighted to find Marina Cleaning Services. This company cleans my 3-bedroom home on a monthly basis. The cleaning team does a wonderful job for an affordable price, and in addition to routine cleaning, they have willingly accommodated my requests for special added projects (like cleaning the garage floor periodically). One outstanding feature of Marina Cleaning Services is its combination of personalized service and professionalism. Each month I receive an email reminder about what time the cleaning team will arrive and, after completion of the cleaning job, another email with a link to the company's website for easy payment. Such an amazing team! All of our initial questions were answered immediately. The first cleaning was completed as we were preparing to go on vacation. The team member that arrived was thorough and professional. We have two dogs and we are an outdoors type family (dog fur and mud to deal with). Marina's is the first cleaning service I have ever used and they exceeded my expectations! They are amazing! After the first "big" cleaning, I came home to a house that was sparkling. Marina and her staff are friendly, responsive and their cleaning is thorough. Communication is fantastic via text or email. They send reminders about cleaning days/times and offer once a month online payment which is incredibly convenient. No more having to remember to leave a check!
