Mark and Trevor (and Bill) are great. They do great work. You can tell they really care about making sure their work not only meets code but has minimal visual impact. The seem well versed in the code and they do not nickel and dime you with extras. All of my jobs have came in exactly at the estimate. I wish I could say the same for the other contractors! I got pictures of the truck and the license plate and reported it to the owner of the company. The owner at first seemed somewhat apologetic and forwarded the information to his insurance company, but his insurance company declined the claim due to lack of evidence. I reached out to the owner to see if we could remedy this issue without the insurance and he has refused to contact me and says it's an insurance problem now, not his. I would use my insurance company, but I have a deductible which I don't believe I need to pay out-of-pocket for this companies hit-and-run.

What truly impressed us was Hampshire Fire's honesty and integrity. Despite having the option to simply take over and repair our existing system, they recognized the flaws in the outdated design and limitations of the system. Instead of providing a quick fix, they made the responsible decision to recommend a replacement, putting our SAFETY and needs first. This level of professionalism and dedication is what sets them apart from others in the industry.
