The apartment was being painted and needed a good scrubbing by Saturday of that week. Right from the beginning I knew I was in good hands. Caitlin, the business manager has a great phone presence and said she would see what she could do. She called back to say that 2 people could do the job on Friday afternoon. We went through the details of what needed attention and she told me to call her if anything was not up to my standard. When I inspected it on Sunday, the shower doors were sparkling and everything was really nice. I did feel the kitchen floor could have been better. When I called Caitlin she said the cleaners ran out of time (had to get to another job) and that she would personally go and re-do the kitchen floor. What a difference! It's obvious that she scrubbed it - the tiles and grout are now really clean. I can't say enough about this company. They truly live up to the name "Sparkling Clean"! We had a male cat that had decided to mark his territory before he got fixed (over and over again I might add) - and it smelled horrible. I tried everything to get it out, even purchased this special stuff from the vets that it supposedly what people in forensics use to get the blood/protein out of crime locations. Didn't work.
