She proceeded to call me "sweetheart " and said "You want to cancel because of a couple of snowflakes?" I told her not to call me sweetheart and that she doesn't know how much it's going to snow. She kept interrupting me and then told me if I cancel, they just won't book me again. I don't know how someone like her is running the office. Instead I had to deal with someone named Katia, who I believe is the director of this place. She was extremely rude and pushy. Tried to sell me all types of procedures I did not need. And when I said I had gotten an overdose of Botox in the past and just needed a little bit in between my eyes and had complications, her response was "there's never Too much Botox and that all the other places I've been to DONT know what they are doing". She continued to try to sell me all types of other procedures they offer without me asking for them. And when I declined, she said "what do you do for work!? Do you like how you look on zoom?" This establishment is managed by an unprofessional staff. I scheduled an appointment over a week ago for 4pm today. It was rescheduled to a 2pm without my confirmation notified via email. When I called to inform them I couldn't make it at two the woman who I believe is the office manager, was abrupt, rude, and insulting. It's been 2 months since then, I did few procedures and this is my experience. Office: clean and inviting Doctor: very professional and knowledgeable about beauty and anti-aging medicine. I have been to this clinic 4 times and for Botox, fillers, threads and now for microneedling. This place is FABULOUS. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR LOOKS, YOUR MONEY, OR YOUR DIGNITY. After treatment from Dr. Metelitsin, I developed unsightly bumps around my right eye and ultimately had to go to a different doctor to get injections of hyaluronidase in my face to alleviate the problem. These injections broke down the hard lumps caused by Dr. Metelitsin's treatment and smoothed out the skin. I was forced to go to the second doctor because Dr. Metelitsin refused to see me for follow-up visits, after gladly accepting well over $1,000 for the initial treatment and then insisting the job was "perfect" despite the obvious problems. It took multiple treatments with the second doctor to undo the damage, at considerable additional cost - both financial and emotional. To be perfectly accurate, it was the arrogant, loudmouthed Karen at the front desk who insisted the treatment was "perfect" and told me I was "banned" from further visits. Read the many other Yelp reviews for more on this nasty shrew, who sits at the front desk, gratuitously spewing insults, abuse, and contempt at customers. She is quick to claim this is "her" business, intervening and contradicting the advice and recommendations of the meek and soft-spoken Dr. Metelitsin, who immediately backs down and lets Karen berate the clients and dictate procedures. I honestly can't recall a worse customer service experience. Even if the results of the procedure were satisfactory (they were the opposite), I'd give this place two thumbs way down just for their personal interactions. On the website it cites "Compassionate Doctor Recognition," which is either irony or psychosis. Obviously, no one ever gets skin treatment without serious consideration - especially when it comes to your face. I urge you to consider seriously before allowing your face anywhere near this disaster zone. I only went in for a consultation and ended up arguing with the owner/front desk person for being extremely rude, abrasive, a "know it all" and was trying to shove 10 different treatments/procedures down my throat. She couldn't answer my questions properly, laughed in my face when I asked if a follow up appointment is included, rolled her eyes because I didn't want to get the thousands of dollars worth of treatments she wanted me to.
