They are professional, courteous, very accommodating even when I was running late. The offices are immaculate. I adore Tica the Manager. I just had some filler done by Priya who was excellent. I got my cheeks done and the placement was like she was creating art. Angela did my micro needling which was also a great procedure. Honestly I liked the location and the staff was so nice but the actually chin filler literally didn't last more than a couple weeks maybe 1month tops I was very disappointed if I'm being honest I filled my chin to change the dent to a more smooth chin, I feel like the doctor didn't really listen and recommended more when I told her my concern about my double chin but said the shots aren't worth it and the chin will make it better. I don't feel that as a customer my needs were truly met unfortunately. I got what's supposed to be radiesse filler for my slight hip dips. I paid $3500 for 10 vials. My nurse was sweet and quick. The manager sat in the room while the injections happened.I was careful to only sleep on my stomach and back while healing. A month later no noticeable improvement. My hip dips are still visible. So, I visited this location after being contacted for a "model" opportunity after sending my pictures in. Models were discounted on botox and filler (Filler $250/syringe and if my memory serves me correct $10/syringe for botox) After my consultation with Anita, she advised me to do two syringes of filler and she'd throw in some botox for free, I told her that I really wasn't wanting to spend that much but she convinced me to do the two syringes... I was informed that students would be pretty much working on my injections with Anita, on hand to supervise... The students/nurses were new, and some were soft handed, and some were not. Right out from the injections, I was happy with the results and as days progressed I kept seeing multiple lumps in many of the I jectiin sites and they were big and noticeable. I reached out and they told me to wait as they would go away and after another week, the lumps were still as prominent as they were from the beginning, nothing helped. I reached out again and they were going to have me come in to have the filler dissolved after only 3 weeks since having them done. I was then told to visit another location to see their master injector to have them dissolved where she dissolved four large lumps. I was never contacted about being injected again but time just passed and life easily happens so I got caught up with the madness I had going on and forgot about it. I waited almost 8 months to post my review to see if the situation would be remedied, but unfortunately, we were unable to come to an understanding as they said that they reached out to me in July to remedy the situation but as an Officer, my schedule is chaotic and it was forgotten about, which I explained in detail to the contact, Carolina. She informed that she reached out to her clinical director who said they wouldn't be able to do anything further since it's been almost 8 months to which I asked her, if you're going to repair the situation and redo the injections than it would just be done to the situation I experienced. An injection is an injection at any time, but sadly a lesson was learned. Anita and Carolina were very nice to meet, I would've just expected the situation to remedied from a customer service standpoint to rectify the situation after $500 was spent and lost. I visited another location where I was a model, and I had to pay nothing out of pocket, which they told me is how it's supposed to be and not paying for anything, this was my first time doing anything like this so now I know and am aware. read more

Poor communication. Weird , fake-friendly staff. As a first time customer I expected direction and/ or suggestions that is included in the consultation. Instead i was rushed during the consultation and then sent over to the injector where she was told where to inject -without even consulting with me first!? I was left with unsymmetrical lips. Had to come back for a redo. i felt so uncomfortable because the russian blonde nurse was upset when i came back. communication is a nightmare with this spa. They use a call center which doesn't communicate well with this location. I requested a specific injector, only to receive a text that my injector was switched- without any call to me. They charged my card on file for a deposit without any communication as well. The treatment was already paid for via groupon. when I arrived they would not honor the Groupon, nor show me in their system that it would not be honored on their end. When I contacted Groupon they confirmed the merchant would be paid if they honored it. The manager had a lot of "I don't know who you talked to..." responses rather than customer skills. COOLSCULPTING DOES NOT WORK. I did the procedure in June 2018, and 3 weeks later, the areas treated became so enlarged. I did the 45 min large applicators in the front of my stomach and the four 35 min small applicators in the sides. All of these areas are all enlarged. I think the ladies that work there are nice, especially audrey. The only thing I hate was that stephy (the girl who did the procedure on me) said that there were no side effects, but I only had to drink water. I found out she got fired later on. But nonetheless coolsculpting does not work. Also you WILL NOT GET REFUNDED, and if they offer lipo, it will need to get approved by the parent company (which means waiting a long time and alot of RED TAPE). I strongly believe that beautyfix should discontinue its coolsculpting machines and ask for a refund from Allergan. read more

While my forehead is smooth from the treatment, I now have eyelid droop over my right eye. The technician said she had ten years of experience, Ive been getting botox for over 10 years and never had this happen. Its upsetting as you can imagine, especially after I was told I needed an additional 20 units to get the results that I STRESSED I wanted, eyebrow lift. He decided my BMI was high so no one called to tell me he did not want me for a patient. No one told me there would be NO TELEVISIT. I am not usually one to write reviews but I felt really amazing after my consultation and subsequent treatments here! My girlfriend came here and told me how awesome they were, so I sat down with Audrey for a skincare consultation. WOW! She is so knowledgable and really knows her stuff! She explained in great detail about how your skin ages and how wrinkles are formed. I have never done injections before, just facials, lasers and peels. I decided to have Botox in between my eyebrows and on the sides of my eyes. Dr. Feng was very sweet, she was so gentle I barely felt it! I also started using the cleanser, day serum and night serum Audrey recommended for my skin. She was spot on! Not only do I love the way the products feel on my skin, but they actually worked! It's only been a month and I have had multiple friends ask me what I was doing different and complimented my skin. Audrey followed up with me to make sure I was using everything correctly and didn't have any issues with the new protocol, she also followed up and had me come in after my Botox to make sure it was perfect. I love the intimate setting of this space and the location is great especially because it was very easy to find the office. After consulting with Audrey I had a Forma treatment done by Marilyn the esthetician, who was super sweet. It was just what I needed to rejuvenate my face! It literally felt like a hot stone spa facial. Extremely relaxing with zero discomfort. The result looked like the equivalent of getting a bit of cheek filler (if you ever had this done you'd know what I mean). My skin was more taut and toned and my friends actually noticed without me mentioning doing anything! The fake-nice office assistant tells me the cost is reasonable for the UES and that they cater to the top percent of people and employ top staff. Barf. After this condescending response for jacking up the price of a commodity good and service, she resumes being fake-nice. Really? You are going to tell me the reason you charge double is because of the neighborhood and that I should feel privileged to pay it? The only thing low budget there was the attempt to shame me as a method to convince me to believe this garbage. Was there so went through with it because, again it's a commodity, and it ended up costing slightly less than my normal visits at $320 all in. Bumps and oozing when I left. Bruising in the morning. I've had 3 different procedures here within the past 1 1/12. The last procedure is what left a nasty taste in my mouth and here's why: I got the fox eye thread lift which requires the doctor to put small incisions in your scalp to insert the threads (I'm black which is relative to The story). The first round of threads I had put in I felt a slight apprehension from the doctor doing the procedure. The doctor wasn't pleasant nor was he particularly rude. Due to the fact that I am black I have Afro have that is thick and full. The doctor was having some difficulty with the incisions because of this. No big deal. Second round of threads two weeks later is here I have an issue , the apprehension I felt From this doctor was even more intense. He was visibly annoyed that he has to work around my curly hair once again and even thought it was appropriate to mention how flowy and straight the hair of a client who came directly after me was, which made me uncomfortable. Now fast towards 2 weeks after that my brow lift is showing little to know result and now I have bruising and bags underneath my eyes. The doctors interactions with me leads me to believe that he was negligent because he was annoyed that he had to work around my kinky , curly hair. I spent well over 2k with this establishment in the course of a month and I felt my treatment that one day was totally inappropriate. The micro aggressions I felt from that doctor was uncouth and disgusting to be honest. Sensitivity and decorum is a some lessons that doctor definitely needs. read more

My friend goes here and said wonderful things, so when I saw they did free consultations I thought it was worth learning more about. I made an appt. for 6pm and arrived at 5:50pm. I saw Tiko, the consultant go in with someone else, and figured I would be seen shortly after 6. I waited for AN HOUR. I felt bad for Jessica at the desk because she kept checking on the other patient and offered me to come back and she would add on a treatment for free, and it wasn't her fault, but Tiko - how do you let a FREE consultation run over that long when you have another appointment? How do you let someone sit there for an hour waiting while you answer someone else's questions for 45 minutes? You should tell them you have another person waiting and if they have more questions to come back for a second appt. There are only hundreds of other options in NYC for botox and similar treatments, so when you know I can easily go somewhere else (and I will) why would you give me such a horrible first experience? Learn to manage your time. Jessica was sweet and was the only positive thing about the entire experience. Please be aware of this location! I am not new to lip fillers have gotten them done for years. I went to this location because the place I usually go to was fully booked. Dianne was the one who did my lip fillers. She was not careful and made the experience very painful than normal, I was bleeding so much and yes everyone's technique is different but I have ever seen someone inject in that manner. I had to ask for alcohol wipes to descendent my self from the amount of blood. Its Covid, its an open wound that you should do anything to make sure your clients are protected. I didn't say anything and noted to never go here again. The reason why I am now writing this is because It's been 3 weeks now. My bruises lasted for 3 weeks, I have bumps all over my lips and a discoloration near my lip line. I write this because if you are new to fillers you may think this is all normal and is not. I have gotten to so many location and doctors and I have never seen this. Please do your research. I do not recommend this place at all. A brutally HONEST review that truthfully illustrates what my mother and I experienced. I don't want ANYONE to experience what we went through. I made an appt over a month in advance to take my mom there for Mother's Day weekend to get lip fillers from Anna. Our expectations were high based on the reviews. We've been harassed and demeaned by the employees there! We BOTH got lip numbing cream, were told to wait 20 min but NO ONE came even AFTER 40 min! When we saw Anna, she was totally rude. No smile, hello, eye contact. She needs lessons in BASIC mannerisms. I showed her a photo of lips we wanted to achieve IN GENERAL since every customer has different preferences but she PUSHED aside my hand & got upset. My mom tried explaining without the photo but Anna condescendingly said she didn't understand & ignored her. I witnessed Anna at one point touching my mom's thigh a few times and pushing her face & chest back slightly to get her to sit back. Completely inappropriate! We tried to communicate with her NICELY again but she suddenly left WITHOUT explaining why. She went to the front desk and we saw her speak with Audrey about how she didn't want to work with us anymore! There were other employees around. What cust. would just sit there & NOT say anything when an employee has treated them like dirt & then refused to provide services WITHOUT even explaining to them why? As we tried to explain this CALMLY to Audrey, Anna cont'd to be rude and Audrey refused to listen to us. She immediately sided with Anna, which was surprising & extremely unprofessional. She did not even ONCE try to take us aside into a private room away from the other customers and employees. Unable to mediate the situation due to her lack of professionalism and volatile temper, she suddenly just told us to LEAVE! FYI, we were speaking loudly, NOT screaming, but she accused us of screaming at HER when this wasn't even about in the first place! My mom tried to diffuse the situation and even said she liked Audrey yet she called my mother a "PSYCHOPATH" in front of all the employees and customers! Audrey was the one who started "screaming" at us FIRST so THIS is when I lost it and screamed back. Taylor, front desk girl with glasses, jumped on the bandwagon and started hurling insulting remarks at us. She or Audrey said the lip fillers wouldn't have looked good on us anyway! Anna asked if I was married and said how I shouldn't! Audrey started to aggressively gesture & scream at us to leave and began to clench her fists by her side as if she was going to PUNCH me. Even the employees tried to calm her! Anna and Taylor joined in and started screaming at us to leave too! Audrey & Taylor even followed us OUTSIDE the business and cont'd SCREAMING at us outside! Audrey has been HARASSING us further by sending us THREATENING msgs to our PERSONAL emails. I think she was the one to call me with a 'no caller ID' for 2 nights! I've never got a 'no caller ID' before. This happened the NIGHT OF at 10:56pm & following Monday- 7:42pm. The employees & business have been reported to appropriate authorities for investigation. OF COURSE thanks to the horrific incident, no surprise if they act particularly nice to customers from now on. My mother still has difficulty eating & sleeping due to the emotional/psychological distress inflicted by those employees. Don't spend your hard-earned money on this place. I was supposed to have a virtual consult this week. Never received the google meet invite. I called at least four times in the hour leading up to my appointment to get the link emailed to me. One time was met with an attitude, another I was hung up on, twice I spelled out my email to ensure it was going to the right address. I also replied to a text with my email. Still no invite. My appointment time rolls around and still nothing. An hour later I get an email (lol) saying my appointment had been cancelled because of no show. They offered to do the consultation when I called to ensure my card wouldn't be charged but why would I want someone to do a cosmetic procedure on me when they can't manage to send an email? If you can get past the renovations when you first walk in, this place is really nice in a "clubby" sort of way. I enjoyed talking to Audrey; she's got a no BS sense about her and no one tried to push anything on me which I always appreciate. Anna is quite good and the afternoon was like spending relaxing time with your friends. I had some Botox and fillers (I think Juviderm but I honestly tune it out and let them make the suggestions). They honored two Groupon prices which were technically expired and they didn't shame me because my skin was acting up. I first went to Beautyfix in Flatiron for a Signature facial as I was experiencing horrible cystic acne. After my first facial I tried to set up a second appointment but they were booked for the next month so I decided to take a longer commute to the east side location- it was the BEST decision I ever made! I went in for a facial appointment, considering I arrived a bit earlier Audrey introduced herself and took me into her office for a consultation. During this consultation she asked me many questions to understand my concerns/skin type, provided treatment recommendations and educated me on why she suggested each one. In all of the consultations/medspa visits in NYC, this was the only time I genuinely felt I was in good hands. Not to mention Audrey suggested a different facial AND gave me an offer that I didn't even know was available so I paid less than 50% what I originally was going to for the facial I booked. Long story short, I have been a faithful patient at the east side location since November 2018- going every month for both skin fix facials and Nano treatments with Cindy. Went to a different place also on Upper East and got 30 units of Xeomin around my eyes as per Audrey's suggestion. I can't go back to Beauty Fix because how could I? I can't look injectionist Anna in the eye anymore. I tried to tell her Botox may not take on me and she chose to inject me anyway, then only after explained it will work of course. She didn't do it on purpose. She just didn't know better. I went along with her quick decision making because she was quite sure of herself (it works on most everyone!) so my money was wasted in the end...I fall into the 3% of people who it doesn't work on. I tried to tell her...right? So this doctor at new place (similar pricing to Beauty Fix...they all compete with one another) said not to be so sure Xeomin will work either. If both Botox and Dysport don't work...who knows if anything works even if Xeomin is made differently. So I went home to think about it. 1) Injections are still very new to me. 2) I LOVE and depend on transparency and in this situation it is vital otherwise I think you'd walk away disappointed. This was my second visit and I cannot say enough good things. Anna and Audrey listened so closely to my feedback from the last time and made suggestions for moving forward. When I asked about certain procedures they were super helpful and informative. They're a lovely consultant team. ANNA is MAGIC. My most favorite thing is that I look like ME. This time, I like my forehead after botox even more and we did a little voluma in my cheeks that made an incredible difference. (Slight bruising but the effect was totally worth it.) I have never liked my skin and have gone more time in the past 6 months without makeup than ever before.
